Hadrian smiled running his hand through the girls hair. He looked up at his mother and aunt with a raised eyebrow when he saw the looks on their faces. Ten minutes later loud noise was heard again and Hadrian sighed before shaking his head and continuing to drink his third coffee that Dobby had gotten him.
The door opened and Hadrian looked over at the noisy group with an icy glare and all noise ceased before he shushed them. They all entered the room in silence to see a sleeping nine year old girl with her head on Hadrian's lap. Draco who was stood their confused said "why is lyra here, last I saw her she was in her room?" Hadrian looked at Draco and said "well someone was so excited to tell us about Hogwarts letters that he seemed to have forgotten that their little sister was asleep." Draco's eyes flashed with recognition before he looked towards Scorpius who looked away sheepishly.
He chuckled before walking over to the couch and gently moving Lyra so she was now asleep against his shoulder and said "I will go and put her back in her room" Hadrian nodded before Draco exited the room. Hadrian looked at Scorpius and Cassiopeia and said "pass me the list of things, book wise DADA is already sorted I got those in advance since I assigned which books would be needed." He was passed the letters

"okay everything on this list is relatively the same as when me and your father went to Hogwarts so it will be easy to get all this, finally they decided to get rid of that annoying hat so glad they took my idea after all we never really used them after second year and it just looked stupid" Hadrian said before looking up and seeing Sirius looking at him expectantly and said "fine padfoot you can go" Sirius smiled and said "YES".
Five minutes later Scorpius and Cassiopeia had gone off with Sirius, Regulus and Remus to discuss plans for something and Hadrian pinched the bridge of his nose before saying "as long as Fred and George aren't involved in whatever they are planning we are fine." Bella and Narcissa nodded before they went back to their conversation when the door opened and Draco walked in and sat down.
The room was once again enveloped in silence as Bella went back to reading and Narcissa also grabbed a book and started reading. Draco wrapped his arms around Hadrian who cuddled into his side and then continued reading with the blonds head rested on his shoulder. Later that day around dinner time when Lucius and Tom got back they were told about the Hogwarts letters and they all agreed to join Hadrian with taking them to diagon alley however Hadrian did point out that they were all behind on their work so he will take them with padfoot who was smiling victoriously at the group of people glaring at him.
A few days later they visited diagon alley and got all of the things that they needed including extra just in case they lose the items they have and Hadrian knew that was bound to happen with Scorpius as it had already happened multiple times before. Before they all returned home.
September 1st
That morning Draco had the morning off of work so helped Hadrian take the two children to the platform. Everyone on the platform stared at the two or more specifically Hadrian because even though it had been 11 years since he only looked a few years older like someone in his early twenties and everyone couldn't help but stare at him because he was what you would describe as a walking beauty" the two adults saw the two children on to the train while Hadrian greeted some of his students from the year before and then looked at his eldest and said "I will see you later on at the school" the older twins nodded before going to find a compartment.
Hadrian looked at his husband and three other children and said "well shall we get going" the children nodded and the whistle for the train went off and they waved them off before heading back to the manor. Hadrian informed his youngest children to behave for their grandparents and if they desperately needed to see him that they needed to talk to Grand Father Salazar and he would bring them to the castle so that they could see him and that h will he home for the holidays and that he will stop by as often as he can through the year. Before giving Draco a quick kiss before saying "goodbye" and heading to the castle as his things had already been moved there the day before.
