The Lost Kings story.

Start from the beginning

They know and they forgive
me, doing more then I require,
with willing minds and loving
hearts go straight to grasp the
fire.

I tilt my head up to stop myself from crying. Peter put a hand on my shoulder. I could tell Peter was crying.

(P) These tears that burn my
eyes are all the tears my
queen can't shed. The tears I
weep in silence as I mourn my
Lost Queen's death.

Peter caresses my cheek.

Oh God that dwell beyond the
stars, if you can hear my crys.

Peter puts a hand on the back of my head and I lean into him, laying my head on his chest as he pets my hair.

And if you have compassion, let
me send no more to die.

I take a deep breath to calm myself down.

"I knew it would be beautiful." Peter smirked. I pull back.

"Will you stop it." I chuckled. I get off of Peter and take a deep breath.

"I'll get the boys to bed." I chuckled, walking to Cassie and the twins, following them to their tent. Their tent was now bigger too with a first floor with Cassie's bed, a small bookcase, and a table. The top floor had the twins bunk bed on the opposite side of Cassie's bed with a small bookcase and a table. I sing them a lullaby and tuck them in. Looking at them sleep, my mind wanders off while I pet Cassie's head until Peter runs in.

"Luna, we've got trouble." I walk over to him and peer out of the tent to see pirates and Lost Boys fighting. Peter and I joined the fight and I unsheathed my dagger. My blade came in contact with another pirates and I ran him through when he was distracted. I didn't notice when the pirates suddenly started running back.

"Well that was odd, that was barley a fight." I cock my head to the side and sheath my blade.

"Maybe they were trying to give this to us without being caught." Felix hands Peter a scroll and Peter reads it.

"Oh no. No, we are not doing that!" Peter raged.

"What was it?" Felix asked. Peter hands him the scroll, who takes it and he reads it. After Felix read it, he looked at Peter.

"What are we going to do?"

"We're not going." Peter snapped.

"What is it?" I ask.

"Nothing." Peter sighs.

"Pan, tell her, she's in this too."

"Tell me what?"

"No, I'm not telling her."

"Hello." I wave at them. The 2 boys argued like I wasn't even there.

"She deserves to know!" Felix raised his voice.

"No, she doesn't!" Peter argued. I role my eyes and grabbed the scroll out of Felix's hand and read it.

Meet me on my ship at high noon
tomorrow. We need to talk about
something.

-C.

I look up from the scroll and at Peter and Felix. Felix looked at Peter who looked at me.

"Luna I-."

"You wanted to keep this from me, why?"

"Luna, please. You have to understand-."

"Peter! Why did you keep this from me!?" I snap. Felix glared at Peter.

"Luna, I was just trying to protect you."

"Protect me from what?"

"If you hadn't read that scroll, you wouldn't have to come tomorrow."

"You don't even know what Chris wants us for."

"He wants us for the war!" Peter yells. I look at him like someone had just ran a sword through my body.

"He wants to make a deal with you, a deal that seems harmless, but will end up having you pay in the end."

"How do you know?" I ask. Peter looked down, like he was sad.

"It's okay, you don't need to tell me if you don't want to." I caress his cheek.

"No, you need to know."

"Ok, then tell me, how do you know about Chris making a deal with me that I'll have to pay?" I asked him gently. Felix puts a hand on his shoulder.

"Tell her Pan."

"He killed my mom. Century's ago, a day lost in time, he made a deal with me saying that I would stay away from him and he wouldn't insult me.

My mom and I were in a meadow having a picnic when a 16 year old boy came in with his 2 friends. I was only 7 at the time.

The meadow was a meadow that only my family knew, it was the place where my father proposed to my mother."

"The boys walked in the clearing, and we asked him to politely leave. When they refused, I got up and asked the leader again to leave."

"He started making fun of me and started calling me a runt, which I didn't care about. But when he started making fun of my mom, I punched the leader in the face."

"He nodded at his boys and they held me tight as the leader walked up to my mom, and ran her through."

"Oh Peter, I'm so sorry."

"I had to pay the price."

"Chris killed my mom in cold blood."

"He ran off and I never saw him until I came here and he became my Lost Boy."

"I thought he changed so I didn't bring up my mothers death until he used it against me. I banished him and he became who he is today."

"If he still makes deals like that, I don't want you to pay like I did." I look down.

"Luna." Peter puts a hand on my shoulder.

"If you make that deal, you'll be putting Cassie's life on the line."
