I sat on the swing sa playground.

I promised to meet with Jeonghan hyung today. It was already 5:00 PM and nag-promise din akong makipag-kita kay Seungcheol ng 8:00 PM.

I didn't expect anything today. Siguro makikipag-usap lang si Jeonghan hyung. As for Seungcheol, I still can't remember what happened nung nalasing kami kaya Kabado ako.

After a few minutes ay dumating na si Jeonghan hyung.

"Hi Jihoonie!" He said and pulled me in a hug.

"Ay sorry sorry! Ayaw mo sa ganto diba?" He pulled away.

"No, it's fine."

He sighed in relief.

"Umm, Jihoon."

"Yeah?"

"I'll make this quick. Alam kong makikipag-kita ka kay Cheol. So I'll tell you the reason why I met up with you." He smiled.

"Lee Jihoon." Umpisa niya.

"I met you because of my bestfriend. I didn't know that we would be this close. Napaka-bait mong tao. Actually nung una natatakot ako sayo eh, hehe. I thought you would hate me. Pero pinayagan mo kong maging kaibigan ka."

He pulled out something from his pocket. A blue box.

He opened it in front of me.

It was the rose bracelet.

"Hyung, diba sabi mo para yan sa taong gusto mo?"

And then I realized everything.

"Merry Christmas Jihoonie."

"H-hyung. Alam mo naman na-"

"Yes, Jihoon." Ngumiti siya sakin.

"I know you like Seungcheol. You love him. I knew that from the start. Alam kong mali na magmahal ako ng taong walang gusto sakin kasi masasaktan lang ako. Pero tanggap ko na. I know walang akong chance. Pero Jihoon, I just want you to accept this."

I can see his eyes tearing up.

"Hyung, I'm so sorry." I said and hugged him.

"I want you to be happy Jihoon. Be happy with Seungcheol. Di ako Papayag na saktan ka niya. Remember that I'm always here for you. I just want you to remember me. Even if you remember me as just a friend."

I'm completely speechless. All this time. Di ko inaakalang magkakagusto si hyung sa taong tulad ko. I felt so guilty. Kahit alam niyang hindi siya ang gusto ko, he's still doing all this.
