Real story?
In this industry, when you audition for a role, and they don’t hate you, your files are stashed away in an archive to get pulled out later in the event that the selected actress can’t fulfill her position in the role. These are quietly referred to as The Actress Archives, and now that we’ve been stashed in them, it’s our job to get ourselves out. We will do absolutely anything, and we mean anything, to get ourselves out of the files.
