"You can now go home Jisung-ie." She said once we reached the gates of her home. "You see. I'm safe. No harm done." She said and gave me a 360 degree spin.

I nodded a little bit. "Okay. Okay. You go inside."

"No. You leave first." She said.

I plastered a poker emotion on my face. "No. I want to make sure that you're safe."

She sighed. "I'm already safe. Don't freak ou of overthink."

"Just go in. Please."

"All right. Bye!" She bid her goodbye as she opened the gates. "Head home after this huh!" She shouted once she reached their doorstep.

"Bye!" I shouted back.

I waited for like five more minutes before leaving.

I heard no crashing sounds, no throwing sounds, no voices being raised.

And that was when I believed that my dream will not became a reality.
