your quest now is just to tell someone.

edit: lately i've noticed a lot of people saying no to this, remember, i am in no way pressuring you to do this. at the start i said "whatever you can do - do", if you really can't do this, i understand, but believe me, the first few times i did it, i hated the reactions of the other people. but the more i did it, the more i found the real people who cared for me. good luck <3
