Unexpected

Chapter 10

Caitlin POV:

I was pacing up and down the waiting room, its been 30 minutes since they took Justin for x-rays and I'm really worried

"He'll be fine" Pattie reassured me

Eventually the doctor came back out and Justin came out with a cast on his lower leg and on crutches

"He just has a break in his lower leg, it should heal in 4 to 6 weeks" The doctor told us

I went over and hugged Justin "Thank god you're ok" I said

He chuckled

We then headed back to Pattie's and she made dinner as it was getting late

As we ate Justin started to groan occasionally in pain

"You ok?" I asked

"Yeah" He lied

After dinner it was late so I headed up to bed

Justin came into my room

"How's your leg?" I asked him

"Y'know, I'll be fine" He replied

"I can't believe he'd hurt his brother" I muttered

"Hey, its fine" He smiled

"I should have left him a long time ago" I muttered once again

"Hey, you thought he'd changed" Justin said

"I should've known he'd never change" I sighed

Justin sat on my bed carefully lifting his broken leg up onto my bed before his other leg

He laid next to me and I lay my head on his chest

He put one arm around "Enough about how I'm feeling, how are you?"

"I don't know, I'm hurt because I miss Jase but then I'm kinda glad I'm away from all that drama" I replied

Justin hugged me closer "You can do better than him, I'm gonna go to bed" He said struggling up off of my bed

I got up and helped him back onto his crutches

Justin's POV:

I struggled into bed and lay there thinking for a while

I feel bad for Caitlin, I mean she's going through so much, first with Jason and then she's gonna be a single Mom in like 9 months...

I soon fell asleep after thinking for a bout 30 minutes....

Caitlin's POV:

I lay in bed thoughts running through my head

I went downstairs to get a glass of orange juice and Pattie was in the kitchen

"You ok sweetie?" She asked

"Yeah, just can't sleep, I've got so many thoughts running through my head" I said pouring a glass of orange juice

I sat at the kitchen table drinking my juice and talking to Pattie

"Me and Justin are here for you, you know that right?" Pattie said

"Of course I do, I'm glad I've got you guys" I smiled

I stood "I'm gonna head back up to bed" I said

"Ok, goodnight sweetie" Pattie smiled

"Goodnight" I smiled back grabbing my glass of juice and heading back upstairs

I got back into bed and put the juice on the bedside table before laying down and slowly drifting off to sleep...

I awoke in a fright and looked at the clock next to my bed, '3am' it read, its weird because I've been having nightmares ever since I left Jase

I took a sip of the juice still by my bed side before laying back down and soon falling asleep again...
