She fell in love from the first moment you saw her
It was the summer months, but she thought you were hotter
She kept to herself and wanted to be friends
The laughing and joking always had their ends
She disappeared without a single word
She was taking risks, trying to be heard
The year came around and she was battered and hurt
Always down, she was dragged through the dirt
Like the color of your eyes, you lit up her sky
And somehow you were the first to make her shy
And when she's always altered you know somethings up
You know sometimes she just doesn't give a fuck
But something always brings her back around
Something that gives her a reason not to frown
There must be a ray of hope tucked behind your tie
Because this girl finally has a reason not to die
