Cecile Richards has agreed to speak at the FFRF's 41st annual convention scheduled for November 2-4 in San Francisco.
She will given the FFRF's 'forward award' which recognizes work to move Society forward.
Cecile Richards has been the president of the planned Parenthood Federation and Planned parent Action Fund since 2006.
