"What were those things that were after you?" The girl shrugged her shoulders "They were doing alot of experiments on us." I sighed the girl was helpful but she wasn't as clued in as I hoped she would be. it was frustrating however how little she knew. Not that it was her fault. I just wanted my mother back. Sighing I leaned back from the girl. "What's your name?" The girl sat in thought for a moment. It seemed like hours before she had answered. "I don't know I can't remember." I looked up at Miles from where I was sitting by the girl. "Do you think its magic?" Miles nodded and crossed his arms "We will need Costella." I sighed as I stood up. "Well the lab is obviously close.Do you remember where it is?" The girl nodded as she frowned. "Um its a big building. The lab is underneath it. Tatum said that people meet there." My eyes widened. there is no possible way. I frantically looked over to Lucid. Who had a look of pure hatred on his face. Miles stilled in his movements as he looked down on the girl. "The Lab is underneath the council. They were apart of this the whole time. I knew they were helping my father but not like this. This is beyond anything I thought." My anger began to boil up and over. Those cowards have done nothing and will continue to do nothing. All because my father has control over them. But going up against the council isn't a light matter. Their enforcers will fight for them. Well all except for Miles. This whole situation is scary and I will have to call in some of my warriors that are across the world. A sudden clash of feelings erupted in me. How was I going to do this. Send my people into something they may not come out of. How can I hold the guilt of not going in and saving people that didn't ask for what was happening to them now. It was a situation I was finding myself slowly hating. I felt a warm hand on my shoulder. "Call in the pack Alphas that are loyal to you. See what they say. However we both know that they'll want to go after the council." Lucid voice held reason. He was right and we both knew it. However I felt like stalling. I didnt want to be the one to lead people to their deaths. I always knew that I would have to do something like this. But to be faced with it now its something else interily. However as I looked at everyone in the room I knew I couldn't stall. "Send the call out."  Lucid nodded and left the room. Leaving me with the girl and Miles. "We need to head back to my pack house. See if Costella can help her." Miles nodded He had become extremely quite and withdrawn. I could tell he was worried and trying to fight his feelings. Knowing just as I did storming in would be suicidal. But it didn't mean he hadn't let the thought pass trough his mind. Which worried me because cool calm and collected was Miles being. I know him to be no other way. As I sat there and watched him a new fear siezed me. I realized I couldn't loose him my mother couldn't loose him. He was my family whether he wanted to admit it or not. Lucid walked back into the room with a grim look about him. "Every one has been called they'll be Here as soon as they can." I stood and pulled the girl up with me. Miles followed us out but stopped on his porch. "Ill stay here put some calls out." Miles cold voice stilled me. I turned around to look at him. Trying to study his features. I sighed seeing his face emotionless and hard as stone. I began to panic a little. "Miles don't go there by yourself." Miles looked down at me. But he quickly looked away. "I can't sit here knowing she is there." I swallowed the lump in my throat that threaten tears. "Miles we'll get her back. She's my mother I can't leave her there any more then you can." I was struggling to not cry. Wanting to have my calm facade back in place. I wanted to feel back in control of emotions. But I couldn't stop the the bombardment. "Miles promise me you won't go alone. That you will wait till I have everything in place." He looked away from me and wouldnt answer. "Miles! Promise me!" I shouted at him hoping with all my being he would. He nodded "I will wait I promise." He turned then and went back inside his home. Leaving the girl, Lucid and I staring after him. "Lets go Leah. There's nothing more you can do." Lucid put his hand on my lower back and leaned down to whisper in my ear. "Leah the girls need you home. You need to let them know what's going on." I nodded staying silent not really knowing what else I could say. We walked away and slowly made our way to the pack house. Once it was in sight I could see some of the pack alpha have arrived. It would be a couple days before everyone will show up. Costella met us half way to the house. "Is this the girl?" I nodded as I sighed "Her memory was blocked. Think you could help her?" Costella nodded "Yes I'll be able to. By the way I put a few calls out to some of coven sisters." My eyes widened in surprise "Quit looking like that its a good Idea to have more then one witch on your side. Besides your the queen of warewolves. With both the Blood of vampire and ware wolf." She walked away with the girl. Leaving me alone and confused with Lucid. I turned to him hoping he knew what she ment. "Do you know what she ment?" Sighing in frustration at the events that are unfolding. Its crashing down and I know once it hits its not going to be pleasant. Making our way inside I could see my daughters running around with oakley and Archer. Hadley was stumbling behind them. A smile spread across my face at the sight. Blake came down running after the little group. I chuckled as he sweept up Riss and Ryia. They squealed and laughed and tried to get away. My smile faltered as I knew that all will have to end soon. The door opened and closed behind me making my thoughts halt on the matter. Bane and his father approached me with grim faces. "Leah we got the call what's going on?" I shook my head

"Ill explain when everyone gets here." I didn't want to repeat myself. Bane nodded as did his father in understanding. Lucid stepped next to me and wrapped his hand around mine. Giving me a sense of comfort. Feeling a warmth fill me I let some of my worry slip away. If only for a moment. Because at that moment I heard growling and glass breaking outside. Lucid and I ran outside with Flame right behind us. My eyes widened at what was happening. some of my pack warriors were surrounding a man. He had blood pouring from a cut. But he didn't seem to care. He had an aragent smirk on his face. He looked relaxed as they moved closer to him. Not really caring he was about to be attacked. The breeze blew our way but the only scent I caught was my packs. No scent came from the man. I walked out to my warriors and called them off. "Who are you?" The man slowly smiled "You must be Leah." I kept my face blank. He was cocky and he was grating on my nerves. With my already stressful day I found myself losing my temper. "Why is a Vampire on my pack lands?" It took everything I had to keep my voice even. His eyebrow rose but his smile stayed "Miles asked me to come. I am to be an enforcer Queen Leah." He bowed in a comical manner. Any other time I would find it funny. However I felt like wiping that dumb smile off his face. " Blayne  Quit being an ass." I looked behind me to see Miles. Blayne shrugged and causaly walked up to Miles. "Just having some fun." Miles looked at Blayne and shook his head. Blayne grinned and stuffed his hands in his pockets. "So who's the first person I bite." I groaned at the stupid pun. Lucid and Flame chuckled and shook their heads. I looked at Miles with a exasperated look. He reached out and smacked Blayne on the back of the head. He rubbed the back of his head with a laugh. Leaving me angry and Miles glaring at him. "Come on Miles biting is what I do." I rolled my eyes and ran my hand threw my hair. My first enforcer and I already wanted to kill him.
