Marinette had a steady routine going. She was trying to make new memories. But she missed the old ones.
"Tikki, did Nathaniel gave me the pink dress?" She asked
"No. Adrien did." Answered the kwami.
"Oh." She simply said. Putting the dress on. Adrien was having a party. He was announcing something important. So, his dad was going to be there. She probably already knew what it was. Lately, he was more standoff-ish. And, Chloe called him Adrikins and Adrihoney a lot more. They were probably dating. She hated the thought of it. She felt so attached to him. Marinette couldn't live with the thought of him liking someone else.
She knew there was something wrong with their relationship. She felt like there was more to it than he let on. He kissed her for crying out loud. She was frustrated and mad.
"Why? Why did you have to fall? Why did you forget? Why? Why? Why?" She was crying. Hitting her head repeatedly. Tikki was trying to get her to stop.
"Marinette please."
"No Tikki. I'm losing him. I don't even know why I feel like this. I feel like in one second I lost everything."
"Marinette. Why can't you lose him?"
"Because... because... because I love him. I love him."
"I know you do." Marinette grabbed the friend album. She wanted to finish looking through it.

Her tears stopped. She couldn't deny it anymore.

"It's time." He looked at Adrien. Adrien left Marinette and walked towards the stage with him.
"I thought we had a deal." Adrien said
"She doesn't remember you. She can't love someone she doesn't know. You lost. Now, Chloe will be your girlfriend. Soon, you two will get married." His dad said sharply.
