Incomplete

You're voice soothed me.

You're arms made me feel protected.

You're what gave me strength.

But as time passed by you started to change.

I reached out to you but you didn't notice.

you just couldn't see

how bad you were breaking me.

You left.

I couldnt do anything to make you stay.

"I don't feel the same way."

with those words you walked away.

I cried.

I couldn't do anything.

I felt incomplete.

Couldn't you have tried? 

I loved you.

you used me.

what happened to staying true?

Days passed by.

I kept hoping you would come back.

no such luck.

I forgot how it feels to be complete.
