'Practically perfect'

"Well a-uh- da-uh- yes. Yes that's b-basically it ah..."

"Poor kid. Never send a boy to do a man's job." She thought to herself.

She could tell he has high potential and is practically a scientist himself but he's still just an intern for Dr.Burke. She was able to tell who was who before any meeting to be prepared. He's probably one of the youngest people on this base if not the youngest.

He was only 18 but is certainly mature enough to pass as a 25 year old. He was slender and on the smaller side for a guys standards. He had short neatly combed dark brown hair with brown eyes to match. Big thick black glasses that he always seemed to push up out of habit. The classic white lab coat with his name tag and access card pinned to his front pocket; With a nice dress shirt and tie underneath; with light blue pants and protective work shoes to complete the classic lab scientist look. Or as most soldiers like to call them- the lab rats.'

He cleared his throat before attempting to talk again.

"Ahm- well back to your questions.. ah.. yes. The new and rare substance we found came from a species that was recently discovered yet still unknown to the outside world and we'd like to keep it that way... due to its unpredictable and dangerous substances. Its body is still under observation at this time."

"Unfortunately, I can't say anything else on the matter. As for the other question. Based upon the work of our scientist and Dr. Burke's authority; they've come to the conclusion that this newly formulated and refined formula, will genetically enhance your mind and body in ways never imaginable. The formula with your already gentetically enhance body, will work perfectly together- making you immune to various diseases and that's just the tip of it! You will be able to go for longer periods of time without food or water, be able to heal from injuries faster, your pain tolerance will greatly increase and there's even a possibility that you'll be able to see in the dark! Almost like night vision! You'll become even more physically advanced! Your strength, speed and agility will be affected! Your mind will be able to process information faster and you'll be able to understand things that you never even learned or heard about before, which would come in handy if you were stuck in a situation where you needed to disable a lock or bomb that is-"

She held her hand up fast to get him to his rambling.

"Slow down. Your telling me this substance came from the blood of another species that was just discovered and your not going to tell me anything about it? And you expect me to just let you inject me with it without even knowing where it came from or what the heck it is?!"

She stood up so fast that her chair went flying behind her hitting the wall; while slamming both of her hands on the table as she leaned toward Sheldon's face; staring a hole through him with her icy blue eyes which were caused by mutations of course. He immediately jumped back in his chair with both hands balled up over his chest in a cowardly manner.

"Well- I- I'd- I- Uh-"

Before he could have a panic attack. The door flew open behind him in the left corner of the room and lone and behold- the teacher comes to save his pet... Dr. Burke himself entered the room.

"Alright that is enough. Sheldon. I'll take it from here." -Dr. Burke'

"Ahh Dr.Burke! I was just ah-"

"That will be all. Sheldon..." Dr.Burke said cutting him off; giving Sheldon a cut throat glare.

Sheldon looked back at Katastrophis quickly with frightening eyes then quickly scampered out of the room. He practically fell out of the chair and ran in a failed attempt past Dr.Burke.
