The Eyes

"Rae, please?" Beast Boy asked me with a pout.

He looks so adorable when he pouts!

Shut it, Affection!

"No." I answered him.

"I just want us to go for coffee once. Just once!" he said showing one finger.

I rolled my eyes with a sigh, "No."

"Please! It's a date!!!"

I raised an eyebrow at his sudden assumption of this 'date'.

I know we'd be happy if it was a date!

Happy, no.

"Since when were we going on a date?" I asked.

"Raaaaeeeeee..." he groaned until he suddenly lits up.

I shrugged and sipped my tea, looking out side.

I suddenly felt something soft on my bare legs.

Oh no, Azarath! No, no, no!

"Meow?" Please?

Not the eyes! Damn it! I knew I shouldn't have taken a liking of his cat form!

His eyes looked at me, begging me to says yes.

My eyes widened when I realized what de was doing... The eyes. Rarely used and only done on special occasion. Used only if necessary and urgent. And that's his words not mine.

"Beast Boy... I-"

"Meow...?" Please? I'm begging you! It said sadly.

I bit my lip.

Don't. Don't even think about it. NO.

But he's done so much for us. Can't we just do this once, for him?

I knocked out of my thoughts when I felt a paw on my cheek.

My eyes widened when I was faced with a green cat.

Purring, he softly licked my nose.

I groaned long, "Fiiiinnnneeee... It's a date."

Finally you had the guts to go with him on a date!

I didn't ask for a comment, Brave.

He turned into a human with a full-blown smile on his face.

"Yeah!" he said fist-pumping the air.

I chuckled softly until I realized he was on my lap with a hand on my cheek.

He gave me a kiss on the nose as if he was a cat licking it.

He gave me a sheepish grin, "So... You're a sucker for my cat form and the eyes?"

I rolled my eyes and playfully punched his chest.

"Shut up, Gar."
