Chapter 2: Morning

Issei's P.O.V

I woke up but found that Rias wasn't next to me, and Asia was gone too. I went downstairs to find Asia in the kitchen cooking, and books scattered everywhere. I looked to the couch to see Rias sleeping

"She's been researching about what was down there all night, but she hasn't found anything" 

I turned around to see that it was Akeno speaking

"So no luck, huh. But I can see why she wants to know, that thing was terrifying" I said as I sat down at the table and Akeno sat down next to me

"Yeah. She decided to call her brother a little later about what it was, but she still doesn't want to bother him" she said and Asia came in with breakfast

"Well I just hope we don't run into it again," I said and started to eat

3rd P.O.V

Yn was sleeping peacefully in his bed. He didn't notice the little kids sneaking into his room.

He mumbled something in his sleep and the kids started whispering to each other and let out a few giggles.

They all went back to the door to get a running start. There were about 25 kids. They all laughed and ran at Yn's bed. They all jumped on him and he instantly woke up and winced as the kid's dogpiled on him. (I think I said that correctly) 

They all laughed and said "Morning, time to get up"

Yn barely gave off a smile and struggled to say "T...thanks.....everyone.....but....can't.....breath"

They all got off him. Yn got up and made a roar like a monster and all the kids laughed and ran out of the room saying "Oh no the monster's after us"

After they were all gone Yn sighed and  smiled "Such trouble makers"

He went downstairs and found someone cooking. He smiled "Hey Alison (Just came up with a random name). Cooking already?" he asked her

She smiled and turned to him in her wheelchair "Yeah, you've had a rough night. I heard you ran into the Gremory household last night while you were taking care of those stray devils"

"I still can't believe they wanted children to fight with them and that they were willing to kill the ones that didn't want to," he said as he sat down at the head of a gigantic table

She rolled over to him with multiple plates full of pancakes and bacon. There were already multiple other plates filled with food on the giant table

"So where is everyone?" he asked and she just giggled, "They said they were running from a monster until they remembered what today was"

He looked at her with a confused look until she pointed to the calendar and his eyes went wide. "Oh, is it that day already?" he asked and she nodded 

"You don't come back much, and when you do it's not for long and you're usually tired from fighting to protect everyone, so you don't usually have time to train them," she said and moved back slightly 

Yn sighed and got up, he walked out towards the backyard and smiled "Ok everyone, let's start and then eat" He said as he unwrapped the bandages on his left arm to reveal

(Imagine it's on the left arm)

and then turned it into his giant claws

As he did all the kids came out of nowhere and some of them had sacred gears and some of them were starting to cast spells. Yn smirked as he took his stance ready for them

Yn's P.O.V

We were all at the giant table and I sat at the head of the table and smiled as I saw all the kids eating and laughing. Most of them had already gotten over how they lost to me.

I stood up and started to leave. Some of the kids got a little sad but I pat their head and told them to get ready for school.

I was the oldest out of everyone and Alison was the second oldest. I was the only one in high school and everyone else went to a school that mixed elementary and middle school so Alison looked after them when they were there.

We were all walking down a road that leads near a street that split into two ways, one that went to my school and one to theirs. 

I saw multiple students from my class and I saw Issei with the rest of the Gremory household. I waved to him and he came over to me and everyone else followed him. 

"Wow, they're pretty" "Do you know them?" "What are their names" the kids all started to speak but Alison spoke to them all and they all left after saying bye to me

I turned back to Issei and everyone smiled at me. I looked at Koneko and smiled "You're the one that was going for a walk the day I transferred. I never got your name"

"I'm Koneko. I can see that you really do take care of all of them" she said blankly

"I try my best, but I'm not sure if I can survive them jumping on me everyday" I laughed and I saw most of them smile

"It doesn't seem like you dislike it, they seem to look up to you like a big brother" Rias stated and I nodded

"Well some of them say I'm their savior, but I think I prefer Big brother cause that's what I feel like" 

"Savior?" Kiba and Akeno questioned

"Yeah. I'm sure you could tell" I looked at Rias "That some of them are devils" 

She sighed and gained a serious face "Yes, it was hard to tell at first because some of them were cloaking themselves, but it seems most of them are strays. So does that make you one as well?" she asked. Everyone was on high guard at the moment

"Me. No, I'm not a stray. I'm someone that saved them from abusive masters. I'm surprised that the kids can smile as brightly as they do now after what they were through. If you want to take or kill them, then you'll have to go through me" I started to walk away "Oh, and just to let you know, I didn't even consider attacking you guys in the sewers last night. So you guys didn't need to be so scared" 

They just stood there slightly shocked and trying to comprehend what he just said to them 

time skip Issei's P.O.V

I was in class sitting next to Yn, it was like nothing had happened this morning

"So Issei" Yn spoke up "Want to hang out after school, I want to show you something"

I didn't know if I should or shouldn't, but he had a gentle look in his eye. I sighed "On one condition" I smirked

"And what would that be?" he asked

"I want you to be on the lookout for when I, Matsuda and Motohame peep on girls today"

He looked surprised but agreed with a chuckle "Until then" he said as class started
