-FOUR'S POV-

It's now free period and I'm trying to find Zeke and Uriah. I can see them chatting to each other in the hall way so I go up to them. "Sup guys. You have free period now?" I ask them.

"Yep," they reply together.

Zeke, Uriah and I went to Starbucks and had some frappes during free period and then went back to school when it was nearly time for our next classes. Time does go pass when you're having fun.

After free period I have Visual Arts and English before lunch. I grab my books for English and head for Visual Arts. When I arrive in English I was 5 minutes early. What a surprise?

I don't have this class with Uriah or Zeke but I do have them with Mathew and Shauna. Shauna is one of Tris's good friends but she is also Zeke's girlfriend. That's why she is also my friend. Although I hate sharing friends with Tris, Zeke is my best friend so I have to be friends with Shauna as well.

I start to walk over to my friends when all of a sudden Lauren calls me over to her. Honestly, I don't really like Lauren. Lauren is a clingy slut that always stalks me on social media.

I walk over to her and say flatly, "What do you want?"

"Geez, why the sudden sad face baby?" she teases using a baby voice.

"Lauren I'm really not in the mood so if you'll excuse me," and with that I walked off to Shauna and Mathew.

"Hey guys!" I say.

"Hey Four!" they both say back.

Then a voice behind me says, "Hey Shauna." I turn around to see who it was and meet with a pair of blue eyes that shine like crystal water. Tris. I just stare and she stares back. I notice that from the corner of my eye, Mathew and Shauna are looking at Tris and I staring at each other.

"Umm... Gotta go. Talk to you guys later. Bye!" Shauna says breaking the silence while dragging Tris away.

"Someone's turning soft," Mathew says, playfully.

"Pfft! Never in a million years bud," I reply, denial clear in my voice.

Luckily the bell rings signaling that class is starting. Mathew doesn't start asking any other questions.

Visual Arts is so boring as always. My eyes kept shifting to Tris for some strange reason. She is sitting next to Shauna two seats in front of me.

Finally the bell rings meaning we need to go to our next classes. Ugh, I've got English with Mr Jones.

School was a blur. In English we were given five sheets of questions to fill out about the rainforest for homework.

P.E was fun. Tris was in the same class and let me tell you, she never gets boring to look at. Tris isn't like the other girls though, who wears short shorts and crop tops to P.E and that's what I like about her.

In Maths there was a quiz and it was a piece of cake. It might surprise you but I'm not bad at Maths, I'm actually one of the best.

Music was legit! We all had to show our skills and what we do best. Tris sung like an angel. I could listen to her for hours, days or maybe even years! When it was my turn to show what I've got, I of course played the guitar because that was what I was best at.

'Vrrrm,' is the sound my Mustang makes when I drive into my driveway.

"Hey dad, I'm home!" I screamed as I opened the door to my house.

"Good afternoon son. We are having dinner with the Priors this evening so dress your best," my dad replies with his usual, serious tone.

I'm kind of excited to go see Caleb since I didn't see him at school today but something inside me is eager to see Tris too.

I run upstairs into my room and shut the door.
