Why Am I Alive?

I WANT

My parents love Ashton. They having been crying tears of joy since they saw him. My mom finally stopped hugging Ashton and came over to me.

"Mirabella. We kinda want you to meet some people back at the pack. They would love to meet you." My dad says.

"Sure, Who are they?" I ask

"Your siblings you have two brothers and two sisters."

"Woah. Daddy, Can Axel come too?"

"If he wants."

"I WANT!" My mate yells out.

I giggle. My mate is adorable.

"Your adorable. I'm glad your coming." I mind link Axel.

"Wouldn't have it any other way. Baby." Axel responds back.

"I'm going to go pack." Before they can respond I walk out. I have so much to pack.

Thirty Minutes Later

I'm almost done packing when I feel a sharp pain in my stomach. I fall to the ground holding my stomach. I scream in pain. Axel rushes in seeing me on the ground. He picks me up and yells for the pack doctor. She runs in about a minute.

"What's going on?" She asks.

I scream in pain it's unbearable. It's getting worse. I can't take this. Then It just stops. I let out a breath I didn't know I was holding. I fell asleep.

Someone woke me up. I sat up and looked around my parents and brother , the pack doctor and Axel's family were standing around my bed.

"I ran some tests while you were asleep. I found out why you had those pains." The doctor said looking down.

She looked back up and looked me straight in the eye .

"Mirabella. Your pregnant."

Axel ran out of the room. My parents were happy. They didn't know it wasn't Axel's. Everyone else were looking down knowing it wasn't Axel's. They didn't know who it baby it was. I knew.

"Mom, Dad it's not Axel's. It's Rory's my kidnapper." I say.

I don't know what to do. I only want Axel. I want him to hold me but I don't know where he is.
