"Mommy" she whispered asking for Nicki for like the fifth time today. I sighed. "You'll see mommy later."
"Bronx?" I nodded. "Yeah you'll see him later too." I lied. To be honest I didn't know when she would next see them especially since I haven't heard from Nicki in a week.
We both looked behind us as my little sister Taina made her way down the stairs. "And where do you think you're going with all that make up?" I asked, she was 17 and looking way to grown for my liking.

She rolled her eyes playfully and sat on the step next to Harlem. "Whatever. Have you spoken to Nicki yet?" I shook my head. "I don't even know why you still bother with her. First of all she's a crackhead, secondly she's still fucking her other baby daddy-"
"Quit all that cursing around her." I said cutting her off. "My bad. Harley you wanna come with me?" She apologised whilst reaching for Harlem.
"Mommy!" She cried, pushing Tai away from her.
"Maybe you should go see her, Harlem really misses her."
"No I can't do that, I'm trying to teach her a lesson." I admitted, I thought if I actually did what I've been threatening to do for the last two years which is take Harlem away, Nicki would change.
"What lesson? She doesn't care. Harlem's been with you for about a week now and Nicki hasn't called YET!Plus I heard she fucking some rapper now too."
"Taina." I said in a warning tone about her cursing once again. "Sorry. Anyway can you drive me to the mall?"
"As long as you get her ready."
