"Can you guys at least tell me what's going to happen?" I begged as I looked between my spirit-form parents. They both exchanged looks at each other with worried looks, then back at me.
"Well," Mom started, then moving to sit next to me on the bed. "Do you remember the....." She paused before saying "Demon?"
I nodded slowly, imagining where this is going. "Yeah, what about him?"
"I don't know how it came back but Miya, I think it's coming for you the most than Michael or Taylor."
I gasped. I had a feeling that it was coming after me but for what reason exactly? What is his purpose of him coming for my children's "souls"? It's stupid if you ask me. Michael, Taylor, and I haven't done anything wrong, so why should we have to suffer from our parent's torturer?
"But why?" I stood up. "Why me? What did I do to deserve it?!"
Dad stepped in and said "Miya, we don't know exactly-"
"How can you not know?!" I was really getting irritated. "You're the ones who suppose to have a "plan" written out!" I grabbed my coat and purse.
"How about you guys go and fix the situation yourselves! You guys are freaking spirits for crying out loud! You guys have the power to vanished Demon away but not me!"
"Miya, you don't understand-" I cut Mom off this time.
"Mom, Dad, I'm sorry but I can't do it. You guys are gonna have to do it on your own."
I walked out of the room and headed down the stairs. I see Mike, Taylor, and Grandma pacing the floors, one running up and down the stairs, going in and out of rooms. It was too much going on.
I heard the doorbell ring. I shouted that I'll get it and went to the door, opened it and saw my stunning, handsome boyfriend, standing there with the outfit that I helped him coordinate over the phone.
I looked at him, up and down while biting my lip and nodding in approval. "I like it. It fits your personality kind of."
He smiled and stuffed his hands in his pocket. "Thank you." He looked up and down at me, drinking in my appearance and biting his lip as well. "You don't look bad yourself, hot mama."
I chuckled. "Hot mama, really?"
He shrugged. "What can I say? You are."
"Come on in and say hi." I grabbed his hand and practically dragged him in the house. They were all still running around the house. When I spotted Grandma, I shouted her name, and she turned around quickly while putting on her earring.
"Yes?" She asked, then looked over at Matt. "Oh hi Matt! Long time no see!"
He smiled and gave her a hug. "Hi Ms. Mary. How are you?"
"Oh, I'm doing well." She backed away and placed a hand on his cheek. "Oh you look so handsome in your cute little tux."
"Why thank you." He smiled again and wrapped an arm around my waist. "If it wasn't for this little diva, I wouldn't look as pleasant than I am now."
She let out a heart warming laugh and asked "So are you taking her away from me for a while?"
"Yes, ma'am." He looked over me and gave me a smile, which I returned and smiled back.
"Okay then, sweetie." She smiled.
I saw Taylor coming out of the bathroom. "Hey, Grandma, have you seen-" She looked up and saw Matt, which made her smile really big and run up to him, giving him the tightest hug. They both get along so well, she's like another sister to him.
