Every since I apologized to Tyree we've been on good terms. We Talk more, but just as friends I know he still wants it to be more but I'm not ready to go there yet. He's cute and all he has what I want in a man but I guess after what happened between me and Lynden I don't wanna rush into talking to anyone. And I think he understands that.
Speaking of Lynden we are not on good terms. He's still on his bullshit, he hasn't told me the real reason why he stopped talking to me. Like why would you tell me that you don't want to talk to me anymore because our friend shit is "too good" to mess up. But then turn around and act like a stranger.
I just feel like he didn't want to fuck with me anymore. But you know what I don't even care anymore. I could care less about what he does, honestly I'm over it.
When he tells me the real reason we stopped talking and I believe him, we can move on.
Isaiah and I have become way closer since we made being best friends official.
I trust him with everything. He hasn't proved me wrong yet so the trust will stay there.
"Best Friend!" I yelled from my room
He didn't answer so I figured the TV he was watching with the boys was to loud.
"BEST FRIEND!!!" I yelled louder
"Yeah!" he yelled back
"Come here!"
I heard his foot steps till he finally opened the door.
"Yes"
"Can you come in and close the door" I said
He closed the door and sat on the bed next to me.
"What's Up"
"Nothing I just wanted some advice"
"Alright shoot"
"So, you know how Tyree like me right?"
"Yeah"
"Well, I feel bad bruh"
"Why?" he asked with a twisted lip
"Because he legit told me how he felt and how serious he is and I was taking him as a joke and putting him into the friend zone because I'm not ready for a relationship."
"Well if he wants to be your man he can wait. If he really values you as a woman he will."
"He told me he will wait it doesn't matter how long it takes" i said
"Okay then why you sweating it?" he asked
"Because I feel bad, he really likes me and I don't even know if I fully like him." I said.
"Well that's why only time can tell, even though that's not what happened with Lynden. I like y'all together." he said
I kissed my teeth
"Me and that Lynden shit is dead bruh" I said shaking my head
"Why?" he asked
"Because he act like he can't tell me the real reason we stopped talking. Like I know he's lying, it must be something big because, he told me he didn't want tp ruin our friendship then turned around and acted like he couldn't speak" I said kissing my teeth
