Jack and Tom have been sitting with Connor on his bedroom floor, all three eating the pasta bake,
"I thought you didn't like pasta bake," Jack asks with the fork in his mouth,
"I don't," Connor answers blandly, stabbing the fork into the dish. Tom and Jack give each other a side glance as Connor continues to stuff his face. They continue eating in silence until the bake has finished.
Now that there's nothing to do to fill the time they just sit there, all gazing into the empty dish,
"Does anyone want a coffee or some tea?" Jack offers with a wry smile. That's when Connor begins to cry.
