After the mess with Melissa's mom most things went back to normal. Until one special Saturday morning. *Knock* *Knock* "Hello oh hey James its raining outside what are you doing here?" "Hey dude I need a favor." "What?" "Can you give me that extra ticket for the train?" I looked at him and said "Alright hold on." I go back inside and grab the ticket and I give it to him the ticket "What are you gonna do with it?" He puts the ticket in his pocket "I'm going to see Melissa." "Dude we are gonna see her tomorrow." "I need to tell her something man." I'm gonna let James tell this story. So after I left Tyler's house I set off to go see Melissa. I got on train ride and put in my earbuds to block out the world and figure out what I wanted to say to her. The train ride was smooth. Once I got off I ordered an Uber to get me to her new house as fast as possible. I got her a present but since its raining I put it in my duffel bag I hope her dad lets me see her. Once I get there my hair is soaked I have brown hair and I have sorta long hair so it was in my face and I swoop it out of my face with my hair really wet. I step up to the door I get really nervous and I hear barking inside and I look inside to see Melissa playing with a puppy. I rung the doorbell. I saw Melissa open the door "Hi how can I Oh JAMES!!" she jumps up and hugs me. "I'm glad you came so early but why?" I had to say what I meant what I really mean "Melissa I Love you a lot I want your dad to know we are dating." I kiss her very passionately and long "Oh James also come in your SOAKED." I set inside with a slight shiver coming across me. "I'm really cold also can I?" "Of course you can stay here for the night." I kiss her very quickly. "Thanks babe." Then I realize her dad standing there and she stands up and holds my hand "Dad James is my boyfriend and I love him very much." He stands there looking very intimidating "I already knew." We both look surprised "HOW??!?!?!?!?" He stood there and started laughing "Its obvious whenever your friends come to visit you two always are next to each other you get gifts randomly." "Sir I really love your daughter so I have your permission to date her." "Yes you do and yes you can stay the night." "Thank you sir and I will take care of your daughter." I raise our joined hands and kiss her knuckles. "Yeah you better." He left us downstairs by ourselves and then we sat back down on the couch. "You are soaked let me get you some clothes." "You don't have any guy clothes do you?" "I have a shirt you left here." "I have the sweatshirt you let me borrow in class when I said I was cold which was really nice of you." She starts blushing "Can you grab them for me and a towel thanks." She gets up and starts walking up the steps "Okay." She walks up stairs and gets my stuff . "Thanks." I dry myself off in the bathroom downstairs because I didn't wanna take off my shirt in front of her and then her dad walks in. After I got changed I sat on the couch and me and her cuddle up. While we watch tv her dad walks by with a suit on and heads off to meet his executives so he left. "Oh Melissa I forgot to give you this." I reach in my duffel bag and give her a charm bracelet. "Its for all the years that we are gonna spend together as a couple." I puts it on her wrist and he has a matching one "See we add a charm each year we are together." "It's our first year together even though we've been together for like four weeks." Her eyes get watery and she hugs me "Thanks baby I love you too." "I know what Michael did to you was really bad I wish I had the muscles to beat him up." "YOU do have muscles have you seen the six pack you have under that shirt." "It's only from football." "See you play football he never did anything for me but you've already done so much." Then she me and we keep kissing until we hear her dad coming up the stairs outside and once we pull away from each other we cuddle and then we go out for pizza with her dad and then I go to bed.
