My best friend Austin is moving to L.A for a month or even longer because he's going to sing and hopefully get signed by Rocco Vales at Chase/Universal Records.
Alex, Robert, Zach, Cameron, Austin, Alysa, Sarah, Stacey, Taylor and I are hanging out at Alex's house for our last day with Austin. We're watching movies and playing 'Would You Rather' and 'Truth Or Dare.'
"Kassi, truth or dare?" Zach asked.
"Um, truth!"
"Do you want Austin to leave? Tell the truth!" Zach said.
"No, but I'm going to let him follow his dreams. He's wanted this forever, so I'm not holding him back and that's the truth!"
"Awe! Thanks Kass!" Austin said, side hugging me.
"No problem Austin!"
To be honest, I don't want him to go. I am going to miss him so much, but I don't want to be the reason for him not going. I've always wanted him to follow his dreams. His biggest dream is to become a famous singer like Justin Bieber.
I hugged him back and put a fake smile on my face. I can't show that I don't want him to leave. I hate that today is my last day. I will have my other seven best friends, but my number one best friend is leaving tomorrow.
I've liked Austin for a while, I think he likes me too. I developed feelings for Austin while talking out what I like about him to Alysa, Sarah, Stacey and Taylor.
I see Austin and I being together in the future. Just for right now I'll let him go and follow his dream. What else can I do? Make him stay and be the reason for him not following his dream? I don't want that!
"Kassi? Who do you chose next?" Alex said, interrupting my thoughts.
"Cam. Truth or Dare?"
"Dare." Cameron said.
"Uh... I dare you to tell the truth about everything and anything!"
"Oooo. Good one!" Austin said.
"Okay! I'll tell the truth... Austin you have a crush on... Kassi! Kassi you have a crush on... Austin! I told the truth." Cameron said.
I can't believe Cameron knew! I told the girls because I know I can trust them. Cameron and Alysa are dating. ALYSA TOLD HIM! I'm not telling her ANYTHING ever again!
"Alysa you told him!?!"
"He's my boyfriend... We tell each other everything. I've known about Austin liking you for a while..." Alysa said.
"CAM!" Austin yelled.
"I'm sorry!" Cameron said.
"I thought I could trust you!" Austin and I yelled.
Cameron and Alysa looked at us and we looked away. We made eye contact. I looked away quickly. I can't believe he likes me back! AHHHHHH! Play it cool Kassi, you'll get through it.
"Their not making eye contact! That's not normal!" Alex said.
"Kassi and Austin sitting in a tree k. I. s. s. I. n. g. First comes love than comes marriage than comes a baby in the baby carriage!" Robert sang.
"Shut up RawRob!" Austin said, pushing Robert.
Robert had a hurt look on his face. Everyone laughed, but Austin and I. I got up and I went upstairs. I am thirsty! I grabbed a Monster and someone came upstairs. I turned and saw Austin.
"Hey Austin!"
"What's up Kassi?" Austin asked.
"Nothing just getting a Monster. What 'bout you Austin?"
