That one classmate
Felt the need to commit
Plagiarism

She copy and pasted
My references
Verbatim
And made them her own

Wtf?
Really?
Are we in grade school?
Did she miss the bold letters
In the syllabus calling it against policy

Damn straight
I'm pissed
Some lazy bitch
Doesn't feel like putting in the work
So she takes mine
And who knows how many others?

I'm the only one that caught her!
Even the one in charge didn't see
I've let the professor know
She said she'll address it

But I'm not done
I will call my advisor tomorrow
I'm not playing with this
Considering what I've been through
With the illness
And how hard I work to keep my 4.0

No one has the right to ride my coattails
To a good grade
Through plagiarism
She picked the wrong person
To fuck with

My favorite is her little line of
"I did a little research"
No bitch
You didn't do shit
I DID!

It's not about being
Vindictive
It's about right and wrong
And she crossed the line
It's against rules in
Every school

She should have known better
Now she must reap what she sowed
I truly hope the school comes down
Hard on her
It's only right to follow through on
Their policies
