Niall's P.O.V

Private plane? Who needs that? I just wanted to feel normal for a bit, since I am. I'm just a normal guy,plays guitar for fun, sings for fun but still makes money, has beautiful children and...had a beautiful wife. She probably hates me right now.

" Horan, you hungry?" I looked up and saw my body guard,Gary, lift up a sandwich that he just bought.

" No thanks" I answered and looked at my phone. It was 9:30 in the morning and I was still here. My flight was supposed to be at 6 god damn it. All I wanted was to get up, take a plane to Dublin and that was it. I didn't want to be stuck here, thinking how this is such a big mistake. I hate the thought that I'm not going to be able to see my kids and Jason everyday and I hate the thought that I have to call the lads on the phone and not be able to catch up hour later and I hate that I'm not going to sleep peacefully with Marissa in my arms.

" You sure? You haven't had breakfast yet" He sat down next to me.

" I'm not feeling so good, thanks anyway" I said and smiled kindly so he wouldn't be upset about that didn't want.

I took my phone out of my pocket and phoned Louis, to check on Brittany.

" Hey Niall" Louis seemed to be more awake than last time I heard him.

" Hi lad, how is she? You didn't tell me about the test results.." I remembered. Did she lose the baby?

" Oh I'm so tired man, I totally forgot ! " He said and sounded sorry. " But she's alright, I'm not quite sure what it was, I was so nervous and tired and kinda in an emotionally roller coaster that I didn't hear a word that the doctor said after he said that they were gonna be alright"

" As long as she and the baby are alright, than it doesn't matter" I said and couldn't help but picture Louis running around with his arms up in the air, screaming for answer.

" Hey, remember when you told me that Brittany was pregnant ? You were so nervous back then" I couldn't help but laugh. 

" Oh god yes, I so wasn't ready...but you talked me into it mate, I will be forever thankful"

I stopped laughing. Why did this make me sad? I don't know why but I wanted to cry.

" Niall you there?" 

" Yes, I'm here, sorry" I sniffed up in my nose and avoid looking at Gary when I felt his eyes on me.

" Look, I gotta go but I'll see you soon" Louis seemed to be in a hurry suddenly.

" Soon?" I asked but Louis had already hung up. 

"Gee thanks Lou" I said to myself and put my phone into my pocket. 

" Niall" Gary said with his full mouth and stood up. " We need to go, people are starting to recognize you" He said after he swallowed. 

" Fine" I yawned and stood up, turning my snapback backwards and putting on my raybans.
