Year 23 > It's been three years. Three years since my death, three years since I have lost all faith in finding out what has become of me. My parents are starting to question me to the point where I know they will find out. I'm scared of not knowing what they will say or do if they find out, will they send me away? If they do, what will I do to stop them. The energy inside me is growing stronger by the day, but I have realized that the energy disappears on the day of my birth and I go back to the old me – Happy Birthday Sofia.

"My Queen?" A tired fatherly voice echoed off of the white-gold walls of my study, making myself look up from the letter & Nova from the bed she slept upon. folding the letter that was held in my hand in front of me before placed it down on the solid hand carved wooden desk, which kept many other letters much like the one I was previously reading.

I waited for William – a short fifty-three-year-old man, with sandy blonde hair & mud brown eyes, to start explaining the reason for disrupting my research at such an early hour.

Frustration passed through my tired mind when he bowed his head as I locked my shamrock green eyes on his face, I know it is compulsory for him to bow when speaking directly to myself, but with the total of thirty-eight years that he has worked for me I soon found it irritating. But I know with every time it irritates me there is nothing I can do to stop the matter even with the high-power I may have.

"I apologise for troubling you at such an hour of the morning, but your judgement is needed" I thought of many reason for William to come asking for my judgment at the door, the most common reason for this interruption is that someone had broken one of the laws & is in need of my judgement to see if they needed to be punished for their actions.

"what is the reason William?" I questioned & like I predicted William stepped back at the sound of my voice, I didn't speak often not because I don't want to, it's mainly because people flinch whenever I speak so I do them a kindness & keep quite, but being Queen is difficult without the sense of speaking. My voice is never frightening in itself but it just the actions or meaning behind my words that scare people.

"a group of east guards caught a glimpse of a female-human of predicted twenty-four, kicking a stray dog near Bar's Bakery" Williams voice wavered throughout the explanation afraid that I would take my anger out on him. But I know better, anyways the only person I will take my anger out on is the irresponsible excuse of a human.

"what is the name of this human" I struggled to make my voice sound as normal as possible but no matter how hard I tried my words still presented how angry I was.

"Lady Lila Knight, my Queen" William bowed once again when he addresses me, but my anger over looked it for I knew I had a new objective to fulfil 'punish Lila Knight'. The name is well known in Staith, a respected name to most & I know that the head of the house will not stand after they hear of their daughter's punishment done by the Queen.

"take her to the throne room, drag her if you must" William nodded at my request & left without another word closing the tall heavy white wooden doors behind him.

The chair scraped against the marble floor as I pushed it back to stand, the action made Nova stand on all fours knowing that I was going somewhere & she would accompany me.

"do you know what's happening Nova?" my question didn't get a verbal response, but the only response I really needed was a tilt of her head to continue explaining.
