Rowan's POV
Mom this isn't fair I groaned as we sat at the dinner table.
"I'm sorry honey but Nick and I think it's what's best for all of you"
I don't want to move all the way to Colorado I shrieked.
"Honey we are moving to a ranch house"
"2 states away!"
"It's what is best for all of us"s
"Why can't his sons move here"
"Because Nick owns one of the most successful ranches in Colorado honey and the decision has already been made it will be good for the both of us"I pushed away from the dinning room table and rushed to my room.I slammed my door and dived onto my bed.I cried into my pillow and my phone went off like crazy.I wiped my eyes and seen my best friend Hannah calling me over FaceTime.
Hey oh no it's true isn't it she murmured tears welling in her eyes.I nodded in response hugging my pillow.
"I'm on my way"

That's totally unfair Hannah exclaimed.
"Tell me about it"
"So when are you leaving"
"Beginning of August"
"At least we have two months"
8 weeks I whispered and Hannah hugged me.
"I should go back my mom texted me"

"Love you too"I could hear my mom talking and I rolled my eyes.Someone knocked at my door and I ignored it.
Sissy my little sister Lana murmured.
Come in I mumbled.She ran in and pulled herself on my bed.She only is four and will be starting preschool this year.Where I was an exact copy of my dad she was a mix of both our parents.She had our mom's curly blonde hair but with our dad's emerald green eyes.I had dark chocolate colored hair that was wavy and thick.My hair went went halfway down my back where my mom kept Lana's hair short since she cared for it.I had a little over average body I am 5'8 with D cup breasts and had a flat stomach from all the dancing I do and from softball.We lost my dad two years ago to cancer at the start of my freshman year.We all took a toll on it but it hit my mom and I harder than Lana because she doesn't have many memories with him.
"Sissy are you mad at mommy"

"She's making us move"
In with Nick she squealed.She loved Nick and he simply adored her.
"Yeah with Nick"
No happy she mumbled as she pressed herself into my chest.
No I mumbled and she nuzzled me.
Why sissy no like Nick she questioned.
"It's not that Lana"
"Then what is"
"I don't want to move"
"Oh"Mom called us for dinner and Lana scrambled down the steps.She squealed when my mom scooped her up.I sat at the table and ate the lasagna my mom put on our plates.
I made your favorite my mom murmured.
Thanks I mumbled and took a bite.We ate in silence and I was thankful for it.
"Mommy when does Nick come visit again"
"Next week baby"I stayed quiet and helped my mom with the dishes.
"Honey I know your still upset but please I need you to be okay with this"
"I'm never going to be..Mom your making me leave everything behind"

"That's besides the point I love my life here your asking me to leave Hannah,the dance team,the softball team and all my friends"

"I wanted to graduate a tiger but that obviously won't be happening"She stayed quiet and I put the rest of the dishes away before going outside.I walked out to the small shed my dad repurposed it into a small dance studio.I slipped off my shoes and plugged in my phone setting it to my playlist.I stretched and threw myself into the music.After a couple hours I went inside to see my mom on the phone with Nick most likely drinking her tea.I turned on the shower and got in sighing when the hot water hit my back.After my shower I combed my hair and put on some comfy pajamas and climbed into bed.I picked up the family photo on my night stand and ran my fingers over my dad's face.He had Lana up on his shoulders and my mom on either side of him.I sighed and tried to sleep.
