"only 5 minutes?I hadn't ran under 5 minutes since middle school."

"You ran track in middle school?"asked nova.

"Yeah.I did sports in middle school."Then we stood at the start line.

"Were you fast?"asked nova.

"Get up."

"Stand up.it is bad to sit down after excise."
