Lost in Rain

Lucy's POV

Natsu and I are currently walking down the streets of magnolia

It was a lovely day when I woke up but as most days the darkness of the world took over and now the sky looks dark

"You think it will rain?" Natsu asks me while looking up at the sky

"I don't know can birds fly without wings?" I reply "they can hover Can't they?" he says I facepalm at his comment

"Anyway It may just be rain or it maybe worse just dont know" I say also looking up at the sky

As we continue walking the clouds grow darker I grow worried but just as I'm about to say that we should turn home I feel a drop on my face I look up and feel a number of drops and before I know it

The rain starts pouring down

Natsu grabs my hand and we start running

As we draw closer to a shelter I spot long blue hair under a bridge

I stop almost knocking over natsu I turn a pull natsu towards the bridge

"W-what are you doin' luce?" He asks
I don't answer and keep running

We finally reach the bridge and I see wendy "luce?.. oh wendy!" Natsu says as he notices wendy

"Natsu-san Lucy-Chan!" Wendy says looking at us her hair and clothes are drenched. I look behind her to see a drenched box with a jacket on the top of it

"Wendy what is that?" I ask her "lucy-chan please help it!!" She yells I step forward and look inside the box
I see a little white and dark grey ball of fluff.      Correction. Shaking fluff

"Natsu hold the box DO NOT BURN IT OR I WILL BURN YOUR HEART!!" I say with a deathly aura he shivers and nods I grab Wendys hand "Lets run to my apartment!" I say they nod

We run and run until we arrive at my apartment once inside I tell wendy to have a shower and after 5 minutes wendy agrees

I look down at the puppy and I put it near the fire that I threatened natsu to make after he kept complaining that he was hungry

The puppy wimpers opening it's stunning blue eyes a bit then closing them I pat it's head then I get up and walk over to my kitchen and start to make some food

"Hey luce it's a girl" he stats "Natsu!!" I yell poor puppy probably feels violated "what?" He replys I sigh giving up I'm not going to be able to explain it

"Lucy-Chan?" I hear wendy behind me "dont worry wendy shes fine" I reply "Thats Great!! And wait she?" Wendy cheers "yeah and the poor girl was abandoned" I say

"Well whos going to keep her?" I say they both look at me "what can't one of you?" I ask "carla/happy" they say at the same time

"Ah right ha...ha...ha...oh" I say rubbing the back of my neck

'Grrr' I suddenly hear a belly rumble

"Natsu?!" I ask as I turn to him and see him in my cabinets "oh uh hehe" he replies closing my cabinet door

"Anyway what are we going to do with her now" I ask 

3rd person POV

'Yap!' The puppy barks happily as she eats the food that wendy gave her

"She has no collar and she was found in a box Hm seems abandoned" natsu says

"Thats the smartest thing you've said all day I think not sure because I'm sure I said she was abandoned just a moment ago" lucy laughs as she gets up and walks to the other room
