Jennie's POV

I tried calling Jin sunbaenim but he wouldn't answer. I doubted him, and I don't know why.

Just then a gray convertible stopped in front of me.

The glass window opened.

"Hop in, I'll send you home" Jin said.

I forced a smile as I went inside his car.

Then the whole driving was quiet.

"So...how's work?" He asked

"Ah..it's tiring but it's also satisfying at the same time" I answered.

"Are you alright? You look really tired."

"I'm fine, really"

"Wait...let's stop by this chicken shop, I'll buy a chicken set for you and your father." He pulled over.

"But-"

"No buts"

He then went out of the car after he had stopped the engine.

I remembered the moments we spend together. The time when he bought me black and pink teddy bears. I'm falling too deep in love with Jin sunbaenim, I just hope that we would officially be a couple.

I waited for him.

Beep...beep...

Suddenly his phone beeped.

So, I looked at his phone and the message was very visible to my eye.

Jin oppa, thanks for the date awhile ago...I'm just so glad that you coping up and adapting as my fiancé. I'm so excited for our wedding!!

I gasped.. And looked at the picture, it was the face of the girl I saw awhile ago clinging unto his arms, the same exact girl who interrupted our talk together.

I can't believe it! He lied to me! He told me she was his sister. I even fell for his stupid trick!

I looked at the message ID name: Kim Jisoo.

I wiped the tears that just started falling. Why did I fall in love with this jerk?

Just then he went inside the car again.

"Here, Aloha chicken for you and your father" He offered the box

But I didn't have the strength to take it anymore....I took the courage to step out from his car and ran.

"Yah!!! Jennie!!!! Where are you going?!!!!!!" I heard him shout.

Damn, it started raining heavily.

I ran, panting near a laundry shop.

Before I knew it, someone covered me with a familiar dashing overcoat.

I didn't looked at the guy yet, but I can tell who he was.

"Why are you out here in the rain?" The deep voice said.

I then hugged him.

"Taehyungie" I sobbed into his chest.

Then he wrapped his arms around me.

"Sshh....everything's gonna be alright Jen." He patted my back.

Meanwhile.....

We both sat across each other at a noodle shop.

Taehyung's POV

I brought her in this noodle shop, I always knew her favorite restaurant.

I noticed tear stains on her face. And now she was busily sipping the noodle soup.

"I wanna know why were you crying" I told her.

She dropped her spoon, and looked at me with her sad eyes.

"Jin sunbaenim, the guy I once had a crush on which almost turned to love....is already engaged." She told me.

"Hmm....that's better" I told her.

"Better? You weirdo! How could you say that it is better?"

"Because you'll finally be able to spend time with me" I smirked.

I saw her blushing cheeks. Cute Jendeukie.

"Anyways, I don't wanna talk about him" She said

"Maybe I can talk to him for you"

"Mwo? Do you two know each other?"

"Well you see, I might be very sorry to reveal this truth to you now.....but we're brothers"

"MWO?!! YOU BOTH WERE SIBLINGS?!!" She shouted.

"Surprised eh?" I chuckled at her shocked expression.

"Please....I just wanna forget him now, no thanks Tae, please don't talk to him for me anymore" She said sadly.

Outside the noodle shop... At the swinging bench

Jennie's POV

I just realized I was wearing Taehyung's dashing overcoat.

He even bought me noodles to comfort me.

He's really a good friend, he's different from his manipulative brother, Jin.

"Tae" I called him.

"Hmm?" He replied.

"Gomawo....Without you, I could have been so cold in the Seoul streets today."

"Of course, that's what A Friend, should do"

He then stared at me intently which send shivers down my spine.

Then he leaned his face slowly closer to me and I closed my eyes.

What would this jerk do?!! Huh?!

Just then, I opened my eyes, it turned out that he was only wiping a stain from my cheek.

I flushed red with embarrassment.

"You thought I was gonna kiss you?" He teased.

"Yah! You Jerk! I'll kill you if you'd do that to me." I smacked him in the shoulder.

He laughed so hardly.

"TAEHYUNGIE!!" I shouted at him angrily.

It was a long night for both of us.
