Dean had left her with her dad, who was inducting her
They stood talking while Daniel Bryan made his speech
"I'm so nervous right now," she told him
He looked at her and smiled
"You're gonna be great. Just think about everyone out there who loves you." He spoke, holding her face in his hands
She smiled at him as Daniel finished and Jerry went on stage, she saw Dean give a crying DJ to Stephanie, Jade knew she would be fussy without her nap
"And the last inductee into the 2020 WWE Hall of Fame, is arguably the best WWE Diva of all time, 9x Women's Champion, 3x Diva's Champion, Mrs. Lunatic Fringe herself, ladies and gentlemen, welcome home, The Princess, Jade Helmsley-Ambrose, and inducting her into the Hall of Fame, is the COO, the King of Kings, her dad, Triple H," Jerry introduced
Her dad patted her shoulder as he walked out to his theme song
"Some are like water, some are like fire, my daughter is the perfect balance, she didn't fit the mold, she broke the mold, I couldn't be prouder of this girl," he paused
"In 1986, I made the biggest mistake of my life, I left that little girl when she needed her dad, I left to make sure she had everything she needed, but now, when I look at her, I realize we could have been starving, living in an alleyway in a box and as long as I was with her, she would've been happy. I regret leaving her but I'm so glad she gave me a chance to be in her life, and I'm so glad I could witness my granddaughter, I love my daughter to bits and pieces and it's my pleasure to introduce my first born, the greatest accomplishment of my entire life, my daughter, Jade Helmsley-Ambrose," he said, making everyone cheer
That's My Girl began and Jade walked out, waving as she made her way around the stage, she waved as everyone stood up and cheered, she smiled at Dean who smiled back as they sat down
