I head to the main office and get my schedule, but while I'm there I see a familiar face.
"Jordan..", I ask my childhood best friend.
"Romero..", He asks, looking astonished.
"What are you doing here??", we both asked.
"Okay, you first", we both say.
We both laugh. Then he says, "Well when you left, and my parents got divorced, my mom decided it was best for a change so we moved out here, to California, what bout you?", he asks.
"Damn I never knew man, your parents always seemed happy together, but my dad had to handle some business out in Italy, then my mom got a better job offer out here so we all moved", I said.
"Well I'm glad I got my childhood best friend back"
I smirk.
"Whatcha' mean I never left"
We both got our schedules and it turns out we got 3 classes together and the same lunch.
Senior Schedule:
Period 1: AP Calculus
Period 2: AP American Gov.
1st Lunch
Period 3: Study Hall
Period 4: Creative Writing
"Damn we got the same classes...oh well except for one", I said walking beside Jordan.
I looked over at Jordan to see him stop walking, but staring at someone.
"Dude you good?", I asked pattin' his shoulder.
"Yeah, it's just have you ever like someone but you don't know if they like you back??", he asked, now facing me.
I stared at him dumbfounded, then laughed.
He blushed, then said, "Nevermind, forget it", walking away.
I stopped laughing.
"Wait dude, come back"
He stopped and turned around.
"I don't know what it's like, cuz I never really shown physical attraction to anyone", I whispered.
"Wait you mean to tell me, you never liked a girl before?", he starts.
I shake my head no.
He starts chuckling then stops.
"Wait your serious?"
"Yes, but that doesn't stop me from having a good time", we both laugh, then our laughter dies down. He breaks the silence.
"I'm gonna do it", he says confidently.
"Do what?", I ask confused.

Lily looks at Jordan (why am I not surprised), and wait who's he with? Is he new or something...wait why am I so concerned. Although...he's really cute..oh who am I kidding he's drool worthy.
"OH MY GOSH! He stared at me! ME! Did he get even cuter over the summer, is that even possible!!!", Lily shouts.
"Lily calm down", I reassure her.
"I can't", she panics, even more if that's possible.
"Why not?", I ask her.
"Because their walking over to us RIGHT NOW!", she whisper-shouts.
"What!", I yell, we both check our mirrors in our lockers to see if we look presentable. Then we feel a tap on our shoulders.
