1st BITE: Chaos

************Taehyung's POV

"Woahhh!! NAMJOONNN!"

"wow! dance monster dance monster!"

"Daebakkk!"

"Namjoon hyung!!"

Praises were flying here and there as my friends continued to praise Namjoon hyung as he played at the DDR.

"Wow hyung! Who knew you had a dancer gene in you!"

Namjoon hyung gave Jin hyung a high five then the monitor showed that he created a new highscore.
We gave him loud cheers and he felt more proud than ever.

As it was Jin hyung's turn, loud shouts and screams were heard erupting from the front of the arcade. We were curious so we went and looked at what was happening.

Yoongi hyung, who just saw the gory (is dat even a word?) scene mumbled a low 'what the fuck?' under his breath. Jin hyung put his hands to his face and our faces crunching in horror and disgust.

A man tried to pry the woman off the guy whom she was 'eating'. Blood was flowing to the floor and a few spats to further spaces.

After struggling for a minute, the man successfully pried off the woman but as soon as he did, they fell to the floor and the woman literally bit his neck. He cried out in pain before his eyes rolled back to his skull and blood spouted from the open wound. Everybody was in shock and didn't know what to do. Two guards arrived and stood in front of the woman.

They tried yelling at her and threatening her with their guns but she wasn't affected and continued 'eating' the guy she just pushed down.

Standing creepily, the woman, who had bloodied face and body suddenly lounged herself at one of the guards. In surprise, the guard set off a Bang and the other people shouted. The other guard started shooting her but she didn't even flinched. And when she did, he ran after him as he ran away in fear. After only a few large steps she toppled him down too and started what she did to the first one.

A few people were calling the ambulance and the others were busy filming. Some even just watching although scared and some just walked away.

Then, a crowd of crazy people appeared on the front glass door. They were banging the glass door as it slowly slid open. They also had blood all over them. Their eyes are sunken and the were pale.
I was stoned. I couldn't move.

"Shit."

Yoongi hyung was the first one to snap from all of us and tapped us awake. I knew we were in danger. So without thinking, I grabbed the hand gun and knife out of the guard's pocket.Yoongi hyung hurriedly motioned us to run and we did.

Looking to my back, two crazy people were following us as we went to the staff room. I was last and as soon as I stepped inside the room, Jin hyung and Jimin hyung closed the door. Not being succesful as one of the crazy people's hands were reaching to us inbetween the door and the wall.

My heart was running like crazy. Hoseok hyung was walking back and forth, his breathing uneven. Namjoon hyung gripped on his hair so hard it would fall off. Yoongi hyung had a scared expression and in deep thought. No one was attentive for the moment.

"Fucking do something!" Jin hyung yelled as he continued to struggle by holding the door closed and moving away from the crazy person's reach.

And it clicked, I remembered the gun and knife I took earlier.

"Hyu-hyung."
With shaking hands, I showed them the knife.

Namjoon hyung's eyes widened and Yoongi hyung looked. Without any words, he took it from me and walked over to the door then as strongly as he could he cut off the arm on the joint part and it fell down the floor. Kicking the arm that was still sticking in, the door closed with a thud. We were all out of breath although we just ran a few steps.

"Ji-Jimin! Lock the doors!"

Jimin hyung snapped and fumbled with the door lock and running to the opposite side of the room and doing the same to the other door. He leaned back and slid down to the floor, seemingly still in a trance and shock.

But not just him. We all were.

The banging was still continuing and reality was starting to sink into our brains.

"W-What the hell was th-that?"
Namjoon hyung asked as he sat down to the floor.

"I d-don't know. But I don't like it."
Jimin hyung said without looking at us.

Hoseok hyung took out his phone and after tapping at it, he spoke up.

"I-its not just here. Its e-everywhere."
We all surrounded him and he showed us his phone.

The screen displayed that there were a lot of casualties in different places.

"Fuck." Namjoon hyung said and took out his phone too.

All of us connected with our families. Asking them if they're fine and telling them to prepare to leave etc.

"Hyung... what do we do?" I said, my tears threatening to fall from all these mixed emotions.

"I don't know. Seriously, if we need to survive, we need to be together, all of us. But if you want to go to your families, that's fine too, but you'll be defenseless."
Namjoon hyung explained and I wiped the tears that finally came out. Jimin was also trying to stop his tears. Yoongi hyung was blinking it away and Hoseok hyung was already full on crying.

"Hyung, mo-mom told me soldiers went to rescue them. Th-they're safe and a-are in a helicopter. She also saw the ou-outside. She s-said that everyone is ge-getting crazy. She also said that e-everyone in our neighborhood is al-already getting rescued. Sh-she told me to stay sa-safe."

"Re-really hyung?" Jimin asked as a huge relief washed over him. We all lived in the same neighborhood and that was good news. Means my family is already on the safe side. Now I just need to keep myself safe and be in one piece.

"Now that is out of our problems." Yoongi hyung started and stared at the knife he was holding. "Let's get out of this place."
