Chapter 9//Kayla, Darla, and an uninvited guest

I woke to the sound of my alarm clock as usual. First I toke a shower and it was still a bit chilly outside to I decided to wear a maroon crop sweatshirt with light jeans and boots (as seen above⬆️ click photo to see full photo). I was going for something casual so I did my hair wavy as usual. Since the plane Kayla and Darla are on land at 7:30 pm It meant I have to go to school.
I was on my way to school when I forgot my hw so I went back my the time I reached the school it was raining. Good thing Grayson had an extra sweatshirt he let me borrow.
School was okay, considering that blonde kept on giving me mean looks.
Cheer and lacrosse practice was cancelled because of the rain.
While me and Grayson were walking home he asked me
"Hey Nikki do you have any plans later"
"Um.....my friends from NY are coming today and I'm supposed to pick them up at the airport" I said
"Oh ok" he said
"Yeah...you can come to pick them up with me" I said
"Ok, oh and you can keep the sweatshirt you look way better in it than I do" he said
"Thank you boyfriend" I said with a smile plastered across me face
"No thank you girlfriend" he said leaning in to kiss me.
I was honestly so lucky to have gray as a boyfriend.
He walked me home and kissed me goodbye.
It was 4:30 so I decided to go get some Starbucks.
The rain stopped so I went on my long board.
I ordered my usual mocha frap even tho it was cold. I was about to walk out when the blonde got me by the wrist and said
"Back off Grayson you worthless slut" she said
"Don't talk to me like that" I said getting way angrier then last time
"Oh yeah what are you gunna do about, mike won't listen to you after the great time me and him had at his party" she said.
At that point I was more than pissed and angry, so I poured my drink on her head and left.
Woah that was so intense, I obviously didn't believe what she said about Mike so I didn't bother to ask him.
I just decided to chill and watch 13 reasons why.
It was 7:00 so I texted gray
Me: hey can we meet up outside my house??
Gray: sure thing babe💜
Me: thxs 💜✨💞
We met outside and we headed off to the airport Cameron his sister was driving us.
We waited and waited for them come out until I finally saw them I ran to them and yelled
"I've missed you guys sooooo much" I said while giving them a hug
"We missed you to" they said
"Oh Nikki while you were hear me and Kayla met a girl back in NY that was new to our school and she wanted to come with us so here she is" Darla said
"Hey so nice to meet" I said shaking the girls hand
"Hey I'm Madi" she said
"I'm Nicole but most people just call me Nikki" I said
Then all 3 of them saw Grayson and ran up to him to take selfies with him. But then I saw the Madi girl give him a kiss on the cheek. At first I was like hell no but then I thought she might just be a fan so I just ignored it.
"So how long are you guys staying here for" I said
"1 month" Kayla yelled excitingly
"Omg that great" I said
While we were on our way back me and Grayson were holding hands in the car and I saw the Madi girl getting jealous, and then to get her even more jealous I kissed gray on the lips and he kissed me back.
When we arrived at my house Grayson had to go back to his house so he kissed me goodbye.
The girls were staying in my room since they all fit in it. When we got everything settled in we were talking when Kayla said
"Nikki what up with you and Grayson" she said
"What do you mean" I said
"Come on you guys were holding hands and kissed, your also wearing his sweatshirt" Darla said
"How do you know it's his" I said
"It says Dolan on the back" she said
"Ok fine we're dating" I said
"OMG" they all said except for Madi.
"Wait you guys are gunna miss prom in NY" I said
"It already passed girl" Darla said
"Oh ours is in 1 week" I said
"Has Grayson asked you to go" Madi said with a mischievous face on
"Um....no not yet" I said
We talked and then we all fell asleep.
