Our fingers shiver as we become anxious. Our lips tremble as we begin to process negativity as whole. Our eyes melt and droop as we realise how lonely we really are - our eyebrows follow suit. We wrinkle our nose as the tears begin to slide down either side, dropping onto our clothing, paper, a drink. Our heads drop dramatically as we recieve bad news. Our feet shuffle as we think back to better times, wishing we could just walk backwards in time. Our arms cross as we become more defensive over our emotions. Our bodies tell stories that the mouth may never be able to process the way the mind has overly processed. We become blatantly oblivious to the body’s language, relying solely on the expression of vocal cords, when even the most simple of troublesome matters cannot be conveyed in words or syllables, only the dark silence of shaky breathing, at a time only distinguished by the moon’s visuality.
