A Night fury's love toothless and midnight

chapter 3: first night in berk

Toothless POV

after healing Midnight's wing we flew off to Berk.

we finally made it to Berk. Hiccup took  my saddle and the rest off. there you go bud, says Hiccup. he let's me roam free I see midnight just lies there on the edge of the cliff I walk over to her.

hi I growl

hi toothless she growls back.

so how did you meet him she asks,

who hiccup, oh well he trained me

he what she said looking at me puzzled

he trained me, one night before dragons and humans had made peace he shot me down with one of his creations I soon learned to befriend him and saved his life when we defeated the red death.

wow she says.

wouldn't you want to be free and go wherever you want she says

I don't really I've got everything here but there is one problem I say

and what is that she says,

I move my tail so she can see it, I have a prosthetic tail

oh I'm sorry I didn't mean she says

no its ok you didn't know I say.

the sun is setting we better get ready for bed I say

ya I think we both should its been a long day she says as she yawns,

we walk to Hiccups house and go inside

Hiccup what is the meaning of this says stoick

uh dad ..... today me and toothless were flying and we came upon this night fury and ......

Hiccup I've heard enough says Stoick 

but dad where is she gonna sleep I promise I'll take full responsibility for anything she does.

fine Hiccup but she will have to sleep upstairs with you and toothless

I guide Midnight up to Hiccups room

well bud I guess you'll have to share your bed for the night until we can get another slate of rock inside for her. says hiccup

I get up on my bed Midnight follows and lays next to me I can feel the warmth of her skin I put one of my wings over her as if protecting her I really didn't care what hiccup thought I was just tired so I closed my eyes and drifted off to sleep.
