Ch. 73// Betrayal at its worst

Annie's Pov:
We started going out except someone tugged my arm. I turned around and it was.. Hayley?! Oh no, not to be mean I love my sister but sometimes she gets in the way.

Hay: Annie please can I join you?

A: No Hayley your going to get tired..

Hay: But Annie! I was wondering where you were this whole morning I was looking for you, where were u anyways?

A: Uh with friends..

Hay: Annie remember the promise we made before coming here? Sisters before friends.. I thought you said, sisters before friends.

I stared back at Kenzie and John..

A: Can Hayley come with us?

K&J: Of course!

I took Hayley beside..

A: Ok Hayley just please promise to be in your best behavior and don't get in the way, we're trying to solve something..

Hay: Promise..

I took Hayley's hand.

A: Where are we going?

K: To the forest?

J: Do you think we'll find anything? A clue? Something??

K: We have to find something.. something.

Hay: What are you guys talking about?

A: Nothing! Nothing!

Hayley looked at me suspiciously, she knew something was up..

Kenzie's Pov:
We kept on walking al the way until night, and now my feet ached. Everyone was tired, Annie seemed out of it, Hayley was asleep and John was carrying her, and I could barely manage to walk. We kept on going until we found a cave. I pointed out the cave.

K: Hey guys there's a cave. We should probably stay there.

J: Alright.

A: Huh? Uh yeah sure.

K: Annie are you ok?

Annie's eyes glimmered, they were green?

J: Hey Annie, I never knew you had green eyes??

A: What oh yeah..

Annie's Pov:
For some reason I felt something. Not like myself. Maybe I was just tired? John and Kenz were walking ahead, I walked in between them and walked straight up to the cave.

K: Uh Annie are you ok?

A: Yeah, just uh tired

I walked all the way to the cave with John and Kenz behind, probably holding hands I looked back, jealously CANT take over me, can it? I would never think of that.. would I, no I wouldn't, wouldn't betray them. I suddenly looked at my necklace, the letters changed:

S,

I didn't even knew what it meant, betrayal at its worse.

Why is Annie acting so weird lately? What does the necklace say? Do you think Hayley knows what's going on? Will Annie get in the way of John and Kenzie's relationship? ••To be continued••
