Splinter and Kirby brought April into the dojo. The monitor continued beeping as Splinter started reciting the mantra.
"Mu. Ryo. Ju. Son. Mu. Ryo Ju. Son. Mu. Ryo. Ju. Son. E. Sai. Nyu. Rai," he chanted.
That's when the steady beeping of April's heartbeat on the monitor started to speed up and April groaned in pain.
"April! No!" Kirby exclaimed.
"Mu. Ryo. Ju. Son. E. Sai. Nyu. Rai. Kak," Splinter continued as he placed his hands on her abdomen.
April kept groaning as Splinter kept chanting.
"Mu. Ryo. Ju. Son," Splinter replied.
Then the beeping went back to normal and April stopped groaning.
"The poison. Is it still?" Kirby asked.
"I've stopped it from getting worse. But she is not out of danger yet," Splinter answered.
