I woke up hearing Hayden crying. I got up still half sleep and walked to her room and picked her up and she stopped. A minute later August came in.
"Is she ight?" He asked rubbing his eyes
"Yeah,she just needed someone to hold her." I said bouncing her
"I got her go ahead sleep." He said taking her out my arms
I nodded my head and walked back into my room and went back to sleep.
~10:00 am
I woke up for the second time and walked in Hayden's room and she wasn't in there so I walked into August room and she was up sitting on him stomach and he was sleep. I walked over there and I sat by them and picked up Hayden and started playing with her. I felt a arm go around my waist and I looked up and August was staring at me.
"Good morning." I said
He didn't say anything he just stared at me
"What?" I said chuckling
"Nun." He said then sitting up
I played with Hayden a little bit more and got up and went downstairs to make breakfast. I sat Hayden in a highchair and stared making breakfast. After I was done I made a plate for Hayden and one for me the. August came down and made a plate and sat at the table with me and Hayden.
"Whatcha doing today?" August asked eating his food
"Nothing there's nothing to do." I said looking at him
"I was gon meet up Chris and Dario later ya wanna come?"
"No, There people ion like who I know gon be there so I rather not."
"Come on, It's yo close friend and your sister."
"I don't care."
"Come on,just come see them."
"Whatever, August."I said
Later that day
We were leaving to wherever we're going I took Hayden to see my mom earlier and she saying there for today.
"Shanti you ready?" August said
"Uh huh." I said grabbing my phone
We got in the car and rode to Chris house and got out and walked in.
"Hey Shanti you back." Chris said hugging me
"Hey." I said hugging him back
"So what's going on here." Chris said to me and August
"Nothing." I said
"Mhm."he said not believe me and walking to his couch
I sat down and August sat next to me and a few minutes later Kennedy walked out and looked at me with a confused face and sat down. After Paris and Dario walked in and I didn't even make eye contact with her.
"Why she here?" Paris said "She gotta go."
I wanna say something so bad but I'm not here to have drama.
"I invited her here." August said
"Well you needs take her back where ever." She said
"Naw ,I'm not." August said
"What happen to you not wanting to be with her,Why you on her side now I thought she took your child California,She left all of her family and friends to go be with some random ass nigga."
"What the fuck are you talking about,bitch you don't know half of the fuckin story, I took my daughter to California to have a drama free life I didn't leave nun of all for a nigga you wanted to turn on me for shit you barely knew about, so don't come at me about with no bullshit like that you got me fucked."
"Oh now you wanna open yo mouth you wanna be bold now?"
"Sure is bitch and what you gonna do about." I said smirking
"Come on y'all calm down." Kennedy said
I rolled my eyes and just chilled like I was the whole time
"Naw cause this bitch wanna get bold." Paris said
"Calm down." Kennedy said again
I just chuckled and got up and went to the bathroom.
"Shanti you Ight?" August said knocking on the bathroom door.
"Yeah I'm good." I said opening the door with no emotion
"You sure." He said
"Yeah"I said smiling "I'm just ready to go." I said again
"Go get in the car I'll be there in a minute." He said putting the keys in my hand
I nodded my head and walked out to the car and got in. Then I got a call from Taylor
"Hey Boo." She said
"Hey wassup." I said calmly
"What's wrong with you?" She said
"Oh nothing just people trying me not that much."
"Who."she said
"My so called sister."
"Aye do I need to come back down there?" She said sounding serious
I chuckled "Naw I got this she won't gon do nothin anyway." I said again
"She better not or imma be there ASAP."
I laughed again then saw that August was comin
"Imma call you when I get home." I said then hung up
After August got in the car he drove us home and we walked in and I went up to my room and took a shower. After I got out I put on my clothes and walked in August room and he was laying down on him phone. I climbed in the bed and laid my head on his chest and he wrapped arm around me and I fell asleep.
