Steph's POV
What is the date today? It's July 18, 20xx! And guess what kung anong meron? It's my bestfriend's birthday! Arjei's day!
I wanted to surprise him but suddenly, he found out my plan. So I decided na to put up a garden dinner for us with our friends. Arjei don't want it to be bongga. It's just another birthday lang daw. So arte right?
Ofcourse I won't give up na I don't have a surprise for my bestfriend. I called his mom. Tita Ally will go here sa Philippines with baby Bryle, little brother ni Arjei. Pero bestfriend doesn't know yet. By the way, we're here sa house nila ni Anthony. We're having the dinner here.
"Steph, aren't we eating yet? I'm hungry na!" that's Shiana, nothing new. Hahaha!
"Not yet. The maids are still cooking." I answered
"Grabe naman. Gutom na ko eh! Bakit ba kasi ang aga natin dito?" that's her again
"Ewan ko ba dito kay Steph. Mga isang oras pa tayong tutuganga dito." Arjei said
"What? I just miss you guys okay. I texted you guys to go her para we can talk more." I answered
"Daming alam. Tss." well si Mr. Sungit yan, Anthony.
"Oh tama na. Wag nyong awayin si Steph. Haha!" yeah right bestfriend
After awhile, the foods are ready. We went to the garden to start eating na. The maids cook so many foods, syempre most of it is Arjei's favorites.
"Wow Steph! All my favorite foods are here!" I know, he's amazed na. Hihi.
"Your welcome birthday boy!" I said
"So let's eat?" Trixie said. And we agreed naman.
Let us start eating muna before my surprise gift will come. Hihi. I'm excited to see my bestfriend's face. I know he misses his family, cuz I do too. You know how close we are naman right? It just show na we're more like brothers and sisters. So yeah, I want him to be happy kaya that's my gift.

"Guys, nakapag-enroll na ba kayo sa univ?" Trixie asked, we're still eating but we're chit-chatting rin at the same time.
"Kami ni bestfriend oo!" Shiana said
"Same here." Anthony said
"Ken? Nathan? Steph?" Trixie looked at us
"Ofcourse kaya!" I said
"Yeah, kami rin. Sabay kaming tatlo nag-enroll." Nathan said
"That's good! Iisang univ lang pala papasukan natin." she added
"Hindi mapaghiwalay eh. Hahaha!" Arjei said and we all laugh
We've been sitting here and eating for more like 2 hours na. And still we're not yet done. Hahaha! Endless talking is taking up the time. But that's okay, I like this more.
"Hey Steph, thanks for this dinner." Arjei whispers to my ear, he seats beside me kasi
"No biggie. Happy birthday!" I said then smiled at him. He smiles back.
I guess this is the right moment to get my surpise gift. I excused myself to everyone. I told them na i'll just go to the bathroom. I went out the house, and start dialling Tita Ally's number. They're here na kanina pa. They arrived this morning. I told Tita Ally to go here na sa house nila Anthony. And she said she'll be here in 15 minutes. So I waited. I hope they're not waiting for me to go back agad.
After 15 minutes, they're here na. We made hugs for a minute then we went inside na. I told them that i'll go first. They nodded naman.
"Oy Steph! Ang tagal mo naman!" Shiana shouted
