"Somi, do you really think that mute has feelings for you? Who would like a girl like you? Your clothes are ruined and your hair's a mess" Mum angrily fought back. She's never said those words to me, mean, hurtful words.
"Do I have to be perfect for him to like me?!" I asked straight at her face. She raised her hand high up in the air and swung it right to my face causing me to fall to the ground.
"If you step foot out of this house you're going to suffer a lot. So stay or leave" She spat going out the door.
Why is everyone so demanding these days? It's not fair! Why is my life so unfair?!
'Stay or leave' Her words kept running in my head. If I stay I won't be able to see him ever again but if I leave...
