Sam and Stella, 10 year old brother and sister, Xoloitzcuintle, the slimy outer space creature who lived with them, and Wally Warthog, their next door neighbor, liked to get together and draw pictures of their recent dreams. Xoloitzcuintle drew a picture of Togotata the Crab Queen, who appears in dreams that take place underwater. Xoloitzcuintle went on to describe her: "She's wary of new humans, will snap if approached too quickly, and likes some whales, if they give her free rides when she wants to go shopping in Atlantis City." Sam and Stella hoped to meet Togotata, and were glad to know that they should approach her slowly.
