“Okay, fine,” He sighed heavily. “Home by two, and I mean that.”

“I’ll be home by two,” I assured him. “Bye, Daddy,” I called as I looped my arm through Braeden’s and tried not to drool over how incredibly amazing he looked standing right there. He was wearing a suit without the actual jacket, but he was wearing suit pants and a white button up shirt and a black tie and he looked… with the lack of a better word, he looked incredibly sexy. The sleeves were rolled up on his forearms and it hugged his torso so perfectly that it was perfect. However, I didn’t allow myself to ogle over him because I wanted to get him out of the house before anything and then after the door was shut behind us, Braeden politely walked me to the passenger seat of his car, opening the door for me, which made me giggle a bit.

“You look really amazing,” He informed me before shutting the door and then hurrying over to the driver side.

“Thank you,” I breathed. “You look pretty amazing yourself.”

He grinned over at me and it was one of those amazing, beautiful, perfect kind of grins that made a girl fall in love. “I’m 122% sure that you look better.”

“And I’m 124% sure that if we have this debate, I’ll be the winner,” I giggled in return. I hope he didn’t get annoyed or anything by my line of fluent giggles, because I knew that they’d be showing up frequently through the night. He made me an embarrassing giggler.

“Whatever you say,” He chuckled, driving down the road.

“So, where are we going?” I asked randomly.

“You’ll see when we get there,” He informed me with a small smile.

“Okay then,” I giggled.

“It took me a while to think of it though, so even if you think it’s stupid, just act surprised and say that you love it,” Braeden told me as we started heading downtown which gave me no clue as to where we were going because there was so many possibilities down town.

“I’ll love it,” I assured Braeden with a small giggle. “No matter what.”

“Good,” He chirped, handing me a black silk blindfold. “Now you have to put this on.”

“Wow,” I giggled, taking the blindfold. “You’re really taking this secrecy thing seriously.”

Braeden nodded and that’s the last thing I saw before complying and slipping the blindfold over my eyes. “Yes, I am. Can you see anything?”

“Nope,” I bubbled. “Not a thing.”

We drove for another five or so minutes before the car came to a stop and then I heard Braeden turn the car off completely.

“I’m not leaving you,” He informed me just before I heard him get out of the car and shut the door behind him. That’s probably why he told me that he wasn’t leaving, because if he didn’t say that then I probably would have started panicking or something. However, I stayed calm and then a few seconds later, he was opening the door for me. I unbuckled my seat belt and then Braeden offered me his hand so I took it and let him help me out of the car since I couldn’t see anything and my golden heels weren’t helping the situation at all.

“You better not let me fall,” I joked as I clung to Braeden’s incredibly strong and muscular arm (that day was the last day that I had to take my pill, so I was still suffering from the side effects).

“I won’t let you fall,” He laughed, leading me across a parking lot where I heard some talking in the distance but I still had no idea where we were.

“Can people see me? I probably look really ridiculous,” I asked him.

“Yeah, but don’t worry because I probably look like I’m kidnapping you,” He chuckled. I heard a door open and then Braeden led me inside somewhere that sounded like a restaurant and it smelled like a restaurant too. There were people talking and I could hear dishes clanking lightly and there was a quiet amount of ‘what can I get you?’s radiating through the room occasionally.
