As well as a new individual ( oc-ish character) that was said to be spawned from the bones of dead citizens during the Trigon saga (*see event 14-15 ). A cold, sullen figure that stalks in the night is said to be undying... Always stalking the heroes that allowed the citizens to die, officials call it Cross bones.
