Chapter 21 : " Love Triangle "

Zachriel's POV

I was panting when I reached the leisure room.

"Jazz, he's here."

Max and Mere looked at me weirdly.

"Uhhhhh...okay ka lang ba Zachriel?" tanong ni Max. "First time na namita kitang ganyan ah!" masayang sabi bi Mere. I glared at him. Nakuha niya pang magsaya? Kung hatulan ko kaya ito mamaya?

"Jazz is here."

"Who's Jazz?"

"Yeah. Who's he?"

I fought the urge to roll my eyes.

"Hindi niyo naaalala? Tsk! The one who fought with us in Europe last year
Yung muntik na kayong mapatumba. Remember?"

"What?!!"

"Tsk!"

"Later. 7 pm. Headquarters. Don't even try to be late, or else." nagbabanta kong sabi. Namutla naman sila.

Lumabas ako at naglakad sa grounds when I saw Gale drinking a bottle of water then fell headfirst. Buti nalang at may grass itong grounds.

Shit! Gale!

I rushed towards her. I was about to scoop her when a hand stopped me.

Jazz

"Ako na ang magdadala sa kanya." alok niya. Anong tingin niya saakin, tanga? Stupid? Bakit ko naman ipagkakatiwala si Gale sa kanya?

"And why would I let you bring her?" I challenged. "Because I know her better than you do." he shot.

I smirked.

"Really? Ano ka ba niya? Kapatid?" sarcastic kong sabi.

"I'm his boyfriend. So, you may now leave." sabi niya while smiling.

Boyfriend? Kailan pa nagkakaboyfriend si Gale?

"Your fucking lying." I stated. "If your just jealous-"

Hindi ko na siya pinatapos kasi naglakad na ako palayo.

Gale's POV

Nagising ako sa clinic. Naalala ko, yung tubig tapos nahimatay ako. Aishh! Bakit ba ako nahimatay? At sino ang nagdala saakin dito? Sino ang nakakita saakin? Bumukas ang pinto.

"Ma'am, gising na po pala kayo." ay hindi ate! Natutulog parin ako, nakabukas nga lang ang mata. Tsk!

Kung si Daddy pa ang nakarinig yun, parusa ang makukuha mo.

"Who saw me and brought me here?" I asked the clinic nurse.

"Me." at pumasok si Jazz. "Well, just go to the quarters and get the prize of your goodness." I said without showing an expression. "May I get it here and now?" he asked smiling. "Aniyo." [ no]
He pouted.
"Jebal.." with pleading eyes. [please]
"What?"
"Smile. For me."
"Ani. I have to go."
"Wait!" hinahabol niya ako hanggang sa makarating kami sa hallway.
"Why are you following me?" nakataas na kilay kong tanong. ".............."
"Ano yun?"
"Wala."
May sinasabi kasi siya, pero hindi ko narinig.
"Ahh!!"

I fell face first.
Tiningnan ko kung sinong malas na nakabangga ko.

The jerk? Who else eh di si Zachriel!

He grabbed my wrist, forcefully stood me up.

"Come with me."

"Why would I?"

"Is that how you express your gratitude?" he eyed me intently.
"Micheoseo? [ are you crazy?] Why would I express my gratitude to you?"

Is this guy nuts?!

"You don't remember? Or you didn't tell her?" he was reffering to Jazz.
"What are you talking about?"

Pero hindi yata ako naririnig nung dalawa na busy sa pagtitinginan.

"Both." sagot ni Jazz.

Ano bang pinag-uusapan nila? At sila lang ang nagkakaintindihan?

"Let's go." sabi ni Zachriel na hila-hila ako. "Ah! Ayaw kong sumama!" sigaw ko.

"Tara na!"

Nagpumiglas ako.

"Ayoko nga sabi! Saan ba dun ang hindi mo naiintindihan?!"

"Dude, kung ayaw ni Sapphire, wag mong pilitin." seryosong saad ni Jazz.
"Ano naman sayo ha?!" hamon ni Zachriel. "Anong gusto mo, gulo?" nanghahamong tanong naman ni Jazz.

"Shut up!" I exploded.

Umalis na ako at iniwan ang dalawa doon.
