Yuri's POV

I stepped onto the ice gracefully, and did a quick lap around the rink. It feels so good to be out on the ice again. As I finished the lap, I saw Victor still standing at the entryway of the rink, "hey. Are you gonna come out here, or are ya just gonna stand there?" I asked, waving a hand in front of Victor's face, "Victor? Are you there? Hello. Earth to Victor.." I said trying to get his attention.

"Huh? O-oh sorry.. yo-your just so good!" Victor replied with a smile, as he snapped out of his little daze.

I smiled sadly, remembering all the times I had done the same things hen I was watching him skate, "... well come on. I-I'm really not that good.. not compared to you at least." I said moving aside so Victor could step onto the rink.

Victor's POV

Not that good? Not that good?! Yuri is amazing at skating! He skates with poise and grace! How could that he's say any less?

I stared at him for another second, before he moved aside so I could step onto the ice.

It felt so natural, being there. I skated, slowly, to the center of the rink as memories flooded my brain.

Yuri was standing in the middle of the rink, I was watching him from the sidelines as the crowd cheered every time he landed a jump. He glided with grace across the ice, the silver and black costume he was wearing flowed against the air.

I felt myself smile as Yuri finished his program, looking directly at me. He had a gigantic smile on his face, I called out to him as he sprinted over to me, "Yuri!"  I held out my arms he jumped into them, and we both fell over from the impact. Yuri was laying on top of me grinning from ear to ear, "did I do good, Victor?" He asked quietly.

My eyes widened a bit at the question, "good? Hmm.. I'm not sure.." I said with a slight frown.

Yuri looked down, a small hint of sadness in his chocolate brown eyes, "o-oh ok.. I—"

I cut Yuri off with a small peck on his lips, "shh. Good doesn't even start to describe your performance!" I said smiling up at the love of my life. "Love, you were amazing!"

Yuri's cheeks turned a light pink. He looked down at me, "Victor... we've been surrounded." Yuri sighed as he glanced around at the circle of reporters starting to form around us.

"Well.. in that case.." I paused as I gently pushed Yuri off of me, and stood up—holding out my hand for Yuri to grab onto— "we'd better run."

With that said, I pulled Yuri up off the ground, and, still holding onto his hand, sprinted out of the ice rink, laughing the entire time.

I came back to reality slowly. "Victor! Victor!! Oh god... no.. please don't leave me again.." I heard someone cry.

"Huh? Wh-what?" I muttered looking around, confused. My eyes finally landed on Yuri, who was kneeling next to me, sobbing. "Yu-Yuri! Are you ok? Wha-what's wrong?" I asked worriedly.

He turned to look at me, "Vi-Victor! Oh, thank god you're ok!!" He sobbed, wrapping his pale arms around my waist.

"Yuri," I said calmly as I grabbed Yuri's shoulders, "calm down.. please. Just tell me what happened."

"... yo-you passed out.. I-I thought that I had lost you again.."
