"Hello, who's this?" Tyler's voice fills Jacob's ear. Jacob brings his lip between his teeth nervously chewing at the flesh. "I can hear you breathing. Talk or I'm gonna hang up." Tyler says annoyance very clear in his tone.

"I-Its Jacob. You gave me your number." Jacob nervously pounces his foot, trying to distract himself a bit.

"Oh hi Jacob. What brings you a callin?" He says perking up when he heard the voice of Jacob's fill his ears.

Jacob squeezed his knee nervously, "I was wondering if we could talk." He says his anxiety growing stronger.

"Of course. I'll text you my address." He says. Jaocb nods to himself, letting out a breathe of relief.

_____

Jacob found himself sitting in his car, the engine still running, just in case he decided he wanted to leave, in front of Tyler's house. Jacob argued with his innermost thoughts, trying to get himself out of talking to Tyler. He knew he needed to talk to someone about what was making his head spin so fast he could barely think, but he didn't know the talking part would be so nerve racking.

Finally after a few moments of thinking Jacob stood in front of Tyler's door, hesitating to knock. lifting his knuckles to meet the door Jacob is soon greeted by a smiling woman, who looks quite similar to Tyler.

"Um is Tyler home." Jacob nervously stammers The woman nods inviting Jacob into the house. She walks down the hallway and away from Jacob to what he presumed was Tyler's room.

Tyler walks out from the hallway, smiling when he saw Jacob standing awkwardly by the door. Jacob smiled back softly, following Tyler when he starts to walk back to room.

"So whatcha need?" He questions when they were in the privacy of his room.

Jacob attempted to spit out the words he wanted to tell Tyler, but something had a tight grip around his throat choking him as he tried to say the words. "I...uh kinda did something really stupid last night."

Tyler looks at him, asking him to elaborate what he meant. "What do you mean?" He questions his eyebrows creasing in confusion.

"I...I slept with someone and I regret it so fucking much." He says, closing his eyes for a moment. "I slept with Connor fucking Franta." He bitterly laughs to himself. He opens his eyes to look at Tyler, who still has a confused look on his face. "I...I slept with a guy I'm not gay." He lowly mummers to himself. Tyler's eyes go wide when he hears Jacob's words.

Tyler hesitates before deciding he should ask the question. "Are you confused about your sexuality?" Tyler questions. Jacob didn't say a word, he knew he was confused about it and that bothered him.

Tyler speaks up again. "Jacob I can't help you if you're not going to talk to me." Tyler says a frown on his lips.

"I think am." He shamefully says. He knew he shouldn't feel shame for questioning his sexuality but when you lived in a homophobic world it is hard not.

"Is the Connor situation the only thing your confused about?" Tyler questions a knowing look in eyes. "Say Troye maybe." He says a small smirk on his lips.

Jacob couldn't deny it, he was confused about everything about this boy. He was confused as to why they could hate each other. He was confused about how he couldn't seem to keep his eyes off the Australian, even though he was supposed to hate him. Jacob was confused about everything involving Troye. "I'm just confused about his mood changes." Jacob partly lies.

Tyler's eyes drift to the wall for a moment before returning back to Jacob. "He just has a lot going on." He mumbles.

"Like what? I have a lot going on too but, you don't see him acting like a dick all the time." He bitterly says. Tyler avoids looking at Jacob, refusing to speak more about Troye.

"He just has a lot going on. Leave it." He roughly says glaring at Jacob. He closes his mouth not mentioning another word about Troye to Tyler.

Jacob wasn't going to leave it alone and Tyler knew that, he also knew he couldn't stop from finding out because eventually he will.

When Jacob left Tyler's he grabbed a pen from his bag and started to scribble words onto a piece of paper he had found in his glove department.

If I fall again I promise to never let it break me like last time. I promise not to let him in. I can't let him in. I can't show him the real side of Jacob Bixenman, I know what happened last time I did that I can't do that.

Jacob folds up the note, shoving it into the glove department, he closed his eyes and wished the four words to him he was afraid of. "i think i'm gay." he closed his eyes tightly trying to push the tears away.
