He looked at you with lost eyes. Broken eyes. "I don't care what you look like, Draco. And you don't even have to tell me what's wrong. I mean you can if you want to but by no means am I gonna make you. If you just want a shoulder to cry on, I'm here." "Thank you, (Y/N). Will you be here tomorrow night at around the same time?" I nodded. Insomnia made me stay up around this time every night. "Oh and Draco." "Yes, (Y/n)." He said with a smile. "You don't have to talk to me tomorrow during school unless you want to. I know you have a reputation." You said knowingly. "Why are you so nice, (Y/n)?" He asked. "I guess it's one of the perks of being the Slytherin outcast." You were basically the reject of the Slytherins because you were nice to half-bloods and muggle borns. He nods then walks away towards the boys rooms. You walk to the girls rooms and sneak in the room careful not to wake anyone. You go over to your bed and lay down and in just a moment you drift away into a peaceful sleep.
End of flashback----
"And that was how it started out. He told me things he had never told anyone. Then we slowly started to fall in love with each other. And our banter that goes on outside of the Slytherin dormitory was just flirts. But today he crossed a line. A line I had set from the very beginning. And he hurt me and you. And I hurt him, too." Hermione looked at me with tears in the rims of her eyes. "Wow. You could've told me earlier, (Y/n)." "I was scared! I'm already outcasted by everyone except Draco in Slytherin. I didn't want you or Harry or Ron to shun me too." I say tears threatening to fall again. She hugs me again and I hug her tightly back. "So, (Y/n) what are you gonna do about the Malf- I mean Draco situation?" She asks you. You shake your head. "I don't know." You say. "Well I do." She says. "What?" You ask excitedly. "I never thought I would be saying this but your gonna kiss and makeup with Draco Malfoy. And I'm gonna help you." She says with a smile. "Wait wha- why?" "Because from the way it sounds Draco needs you. Desperately." She says you silently agree. "Fine! But I'm not going to classes today." You say. "I don't approve but I understand. I'll tell Dumbledore and he will make sure no one bothers you. Then I'll find Draco and tell him to meet you at 2AM in the Slytherin dormitory." She says and walks out of the room without another word. Even if you had any objections, which you didn't, Hermione already had a plan and there was no stopping her. Later that day Hermione, Ron, and Harry bring you food during dinner. "Hey, Hermione. RON AND HARRY? How'd you get in here?" You ask. "It's not that hard to get rid of the slide with Hermione by your side." Harry says. "(Y/n), I think there is something you need to tell Ron and Harry." You nod but secretly hate Hermione for doing that. Harry had sort of a crush on you and finding out the guy you were in love with was his arch nemesis was going to make him mad. But you decide to just blurt it out and get it over with. "I'm in a secret relationship with Draco Malfoy and yesterday I slapped him and called him Malfoy which I never do cause he doesn't like it because he called Hermione a mudblood." You mumble incoherently. "What?" Harry and Ron ask in unison. "I'M IN A SECRET RELATIONSHIP WITH DRACO MALFOY!" You yell and that time you definitely didn't mumble. Ron looks shocked and Harry looks mad. Harry has to hear it again though to get it through his head. "Draco? Draco Malfoy?" He asks and you nod. "But why?" You take a shaky breath and get ready to say something you had never said before. "I'm in love with him. I can't help who I fall in love with." He shakes his head. "Well neither can I, (Y/n)." He says and turns to walk out. "Harry! Please don't leave. I need you. I need you all. I can't be shunned by anymore people...." You say and he turn back around and walks back in the room once he sees tears falling down your face. Tears falling down the face of the strongest person he knew. And that was wrong.
