"All it takes is one bad day to reduce the sanest man alive to lunacy. That's how far the world is from where I am. Just one bad day."

– Alan Moore, Batman: The Killing Joke

I've always been fascinated with The Joker, his origins and enthralling personality. I remember watching Tim Burton's Batman when I was a kid and falling in love with Jack Nicholson's performance. It was probably then that I was captivated.

After being introduced to The Killing Joke along with Heath Ledger's vision of this wonderful character I was even more hooked. But there was something about the Graphic Novel that changed the way I saw the infamous green haired clown.

And well, after a funny obsession with Suicide Squad – and Jared's BREATHTAKING Mister J – my hopeless romantic head started spinning. It takes one bad day to reduce a man to lunacy... but, could it happen the other way around? Is it really true that love can conquer anything?

Is it possible for two mortal enemies to set aside their hate and differences to fight off a greater evil?

So... why so serious?
