How to get abs quick and easy for lazy people

I don't know if you guys know this but I have been on a role. Yesterday I updated twice and I am going to update this chapter today on how to get abs or at least a flat belly for lazy people.


1. Ab workout in bed

If your feeling lazy that day and you don't want to get out of bed, you just want to netflix and chill. While laying in bed you could do some crunches etc. I will list some workouts below you can do in bed :

Sometimes I can get really lazy and just by doing these workouts in bed. Your belly will get flatter and you will be close to achieve the 6 packs. If your unsure on how to achieve these exercises just ask me or search them up on google.

2. Water

I mention these in like most of my chapters but water is really important. Water can increase your metaboilism and reduce your daily caloric intake.

If you want to get a bit fancy you can cut half of a lemon and squeeze it into your water it's much more tastier and healthier. Especially when you don't really like to drink water.

3. Diet

remember the more healthy food you eat is better. Try and incorporate fruits, vegetables, grains etc. in your diet and stay away from fat foods. Maybe one piece?? No honey put it back and get a bowl of fruits.
